عنوان فارسی جایگاه و نقش نظام دوری در ارتقا و بهبود فرایند یاددهی ـ یادگیری دانش آموزان ابتدایی
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مزایای نظام دوری در ارتقا و بهبود فرایند یاددهی ­_ یادگیری دانش آموزان در مدارس ابتدایی استان سمنان انجام شد. نظام دوری فرایندی است که در آن یک معلم با یک گروه از دانش آموزان حداقل به مدت دو سال یا بیشتر در یک مدرسه می ماند. نوع پژوهش کاربردی و روش آن آمیخته اکتشافی بود که در آن نخست بخش کیفی و سپس بخش کمّی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی پژوهش، با 10 نفر از مدیران، مصاحبه عمیق و 32 مورد مصاحبه نیمه هدایت شده با معلمان که به شیوه هدفمند - گلوله برفی (تعداد 42 نفر) انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه ها و مطالعه عمیق مبانی نظری، در قالب پرسش نامه ای محقق ساخته تنظیم گردید. روایی محتوایی طبق نظر متخصصان، پایایی آن نیز از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 0/90 بررسی و مناسب گزارش شد. در بخش کمّی، پرسش نامه پژوهش توسط 218 نفر از معلمان و مدیران که به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای انتخاب شده بودند، تکمیل شد و در بخش کیفی از تکنیک تحلیل محتوا و در بخش کمّی از آزمون تحلیل عاملی، خی دو و فریدمن استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مزایای «شناخت یاددهنده نسبت به یادگیرنده»، دارای بیشترین اهمیت و رتبه اول، «افزایش درک و دانش معلم از توانایی ها و ضعف هوش دانش آموزان» در رتبه دوم، «تلقی نمودن والدین، دانش آموزان و معلمان به عنوان اعضای یک خانواده و جامعه» در رتبه سوم، «کاهش نگرانی و اضطراب دانش آموزان نسبت به سال تحصیلی و معلم جدید» در رتبه چهارم، در ارتقا و بهبود فرایند یاددهی _ یادگیری دانش آموزان قرار دارند.

عنوان انگلیسی The position and role of looping system in promoting and improving the teaching- learning process of primary school students
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This study aimed at identifying the benefits of the looping system in improving the teaching- learning process of primary school students at Semnān province. Looping system is a process in which a person remains the teacher of a group of students at a school for at least two years or longer. It was an applied research and its method was exploratory mixed methods. Here, first the qualitative and then the quantitative section of the study were done. In the qualitative section of the study, in-depth interview was conducted with 10 managers and semi-structured interview was conducted with 32 teachers who were selected through purposeful and snowball sampling method. As a result of the content analysis of interview data and in-depth study of theoretical foundations, a researcher-made questionnaire was devised. Its content validity was checked by experts, and its reliability was examined through computing Cronbachs alpha (0.9). In the quantitative section of the study, the research questionnaire was completed by 218 teachers and managers who were selected using stratified sampling method. To analyze the qualitative data, the content analysis technique and to analyze the quantitative data, the Chi Square Test, factor analysis and Friedman Test were used. The results showed that the benefits of »knowing the learner by the teacher«, is of utmost importance and has the first rank, »Increasing the understanding and knowledge of the teacher on the strength and weakness of students' intelligence«, has the second rank,»considering parents, students and teachers as members of the same family and community« has the third rank, and »reducing students concern and anxiety towards new school year and teacher« has the forth rank in promoting and improving students' teaching-learning process, respectively.
