کاربست مدل استراتژی توسعه‌ی شهری مبتنی بر توسعه‌ی پایدار(مورد مطالعه: شهر مریوان) |

تغییرات سریع و نامطمئن در محیط‌های شهری و ناکارآمدی طرح‌های توسعه شهری از یک سو و نارضایتی بسیاری از ساکنان شهرها از کیفیت زندگی در این مراکز از سوی دیگر، انتظارات و مسئولیت‌های جدیدی را برای مدیران شهری به وجود آورده است. در پاسخ به این شرایط نامطمئن، ناکارآمدی مدیریتی و کاهش آسایش ساکنان، رویکرد استراتژی توسعه‌ی شهری (CDS) برای افزایش رقابت پذیری شهرها، بهبود قابلیت زندگی، پیشرفت اقتصادی، کاهش فقر و بهبود مدیریت شهری در سال 1999 توسط سازمان ائتلاف شهرها مطرح گردید. هدف پژوهش حاضر کاربست مدل CDS در شهر مریوان با تاکید بر توسعه‌ی پایدار شهری می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ ماهیت و روش توصیفی- تحلیلی است. گردآوری اطلاعات، بر اساس روشهای اسنادی، پیمایشی (زمینه یاب) با ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و فیش برداری انجام شده است. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل متخصصین و مدیران شهر مریوان بوده است. حجم نموه بر اساس جدول مورگان 327 نفر و روش نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای دو مرحله‌ای است. برای تحلیل فرضیات از مدل استراتژیک SWOT بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که وضعیت شاخصهای توسعه‌ی پایدار در شهر مریوان از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردارند. همچنین استراتژی قابل اجرا برای توسعه شاخصهای استراتژی توسعه شهری در شهر مریوان ST ( اقتضایی یا تنوع سازی) تعیین گردید و استراتزی‌های کشاورزی و خدماتی بر اساس ماتریس QSPM، به عنوان راهبردهای مهم توسعه مریوان بیشترین امتیاز را کسب کرده اند. |

In response to this situation, unreliable, inefficient management and reduce the comfort of residents, approach development strategy City (CDS) to increase the competitiveness of cities, improving the livability, economic development, reduce poverty and improve urban management was introduced in 1999 by the Coalition cities.The aim of this study application of CDS in the town of Marivan, with an emphasis on urban sustainable development. Study of the purpose, nature and descriptive analysis. Data collection on the basis of documentary (Survey) was conducted by questionnaire and taking notes.The population consists of professionals and managers has been Marivan. The volume of influent based on the sample of 326 people and is a two-stage cluster sampling method. For single-sample t test hypotheses, analysis and Strategic SWOT model is used. Results show that the status of sustainable development indicators in Marivan favorable situations. Also applicable strategy for the development of indicators of urban development strategy in the city of Marivan ST (contingency or diversification) were determined and agricultural strategies and services based on the matrix QSPM, as developing strategies Marivan have earned the most points. |
