چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships of perceived organizational support and corporate culture with general health in public and private sector nurses in Isfahan. Participants were a randomly selected sample of 200 nurses from public and private sectors hospitals. Eisenberger (1986) perceived organizational support, Cunha & Cooper (2001) corporate culture, and Goldberg & Hiller general health questionnaires were used to collect the required data. The data were analyzed applying Pearson correlation, multivariate regression, and multivariate analysis of variance.
