عنوان فارسی الگومداری و منتورینگ (مربی گری) درآموزش پرستاری: یک مطالعه مروری
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه : الگومداری، جوهره فرآیند تدریس و یک نوع روش تدریس موثر در آموزش پزشکی به ویژه در پرستاری است. الگومداری و منتورینگ در «یاددهی» و «یادگیری» نقش کلیدی دارد . لذا بکارگیری شیوه­های جدید آموزش جهت دستیابی به حداکثر دانش و کارآیی در رشته­های علوم پزشکی امری ضروری به نظر می ­ رسد . این مطالعه با هدف مروری بر الگومداری و منتورینگ (مربی­گری) در پرستاری و به وی‍ژه کاربرد آن در آموزش پرستاری انجام شده است. روش­ ها: اطلاعات این مطالعه مروری با استفاده از مرور و خلاصه­سازی مقالات و کتب مرتبط و از طریق جستجوی هدفمند کتابخانه­ای و منابع الکترونیکی در پایگاه­های , ScienceDirect ,PubMed Google Scholar SID, IranMedex, Magiran با کلیدواژه­های الگومداری، الگومحوری، منتور، منتورینگ و آموزش پرستاری به فارسی و انگلیسی، جداگانه و ترکیبی انجام شد. مقالات از سال 1990 تا 2014 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. که در ابتدا تعداد مقالات حدود 80 بود که بعد از بررسی مقالات حدود 50 مقاله مرتبط با پژوهش حاضر، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته ها : در این مطالعه مروری، زوایا، ویژگی ها، تفاوت و ابعاد مختلف دو برنامه آموزشی منتورینگ و الگومداری بیان گردید و اهمیت آن از جنبه ­های آموزش، بالین ،‌ دانش با تاکید بر حرفه پرستاری از دید مطالعات مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مطالعات مختلف الگومداری را از راه­های موفقیت در یادگیری مشکل مدار معرفی می­کنند. الگومداری علاوه بر تاثیر در آموزش نظری، در بالین هم به کار گرفته می­شود. الگومدار در آموزش از ارتقای حرفه­ای دانشجویان حمایت کرده و یک استراتژی مورد قبول برای انتقال نگرش­ها و رفتارهای حرفه­ای از مربی پرستاری به دانشجویان است . در مقابل منتورینگ یک فرایند فعال­تر و در موقعیت­های آموزش بالینی، بسیاری از اعضای هیأت علمی مسئولیتی فعال، به عنوان منتور را بر عهده دارند. نتیجه­ گیری: در پرستاری منتورینگ فرایندی است که شکاف بین آموزش و دنیای واقعی کار را پر می­کند. الگومداری نیز یک استراتژی یادگیری سنجیده و قابل تامل است. هر دوی این برنامه­ها نقش با ارزشی را در پرستاری ایفا می‌­کنند و باعث ایجاد رضایت شغلی می­گردند. لذا آگاهی از این رویکردهای آموزشی و عواملی که بر آن اثر می­گذارد، برای طراحان آموزشی و مدرسان اهمیت زیادی دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Role modeling and Mentor in Nursing Education
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Role modeling is the essence of teacing and an effective teaching method in medical education, particularly in nursing education . Role modeling and mentoring in teaching and learning are two very useful strategies in clinical education, have key role. Therefore, the introduction of new teaching methods and use them as discipline to achieve maximum efficiency in medical knowledge seems necessary. This study is an overview of the role modleling and mentoring in nursing and particularly its application in nursing education has been done. Methods: Details of this study was to review and summarize the review of relevant literature and through targeted searches of library and electronic resources in the database ScienceDirect, PubMed,Google Scholar, SID, IranMedex, Magiran with keywords, role-modeling, Mentor, Mentoring and nursing education in Persian and English separately and in combination were obtained and related articles of the present study were examined . Papers from 1990 to 2014 were studied. Papers were initially about 80 to about 50 articles from the literature related to the present study were reviewed. Result: In this review article Angles, Characteristics, differences and different dimensions of two educational programs Mentoring and role modeling was expressed and Important aspect of education, clinical, knowledge, with emphasis on nursing profession from the perspective of different studies was examined. Role modeling has impact in theoretical instruction also, it is used in the clinical setting. Role modeling in education cause promoting in professional job of students and an acceptable strategy for transforming attitudes and professional behaviors of nursing students. in contrast, Mentoring is an active process and many faculty members have active responsibility to serve as the Mentor in clinical education. Conclusion: Mentoring in nursing is a process that fills the gap between education and the real world of work. Role modeling as an appropriate and reflective learning strategies. Both of these programs have a valuable role in nurse job satisfaction. Therefore, knowledge of educational approaches and factors that may affect it, is important for instructional designers and instructors.
