عنوان فارسی دیدگاه دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی در مورد برگزاری دروس کارآموزی و کارورزی: یک مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: در آموزش رشته مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی دروس کارآموزی و کارورزی از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار می­باشند. به دلیل وجود ضعف­های موجود در برگزاری این دروس در سال­های گذشته، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نحوه برگزاری دروس کارآموزی و کارورزی در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی از دیدگاه دانشجویان این رشته انجام گرفته است. روش­ها: در این مطالعه کیفی با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی، بر اساس نمونه­گیری مبتنی بر هدف، 9 نفر از 7 دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران (1 نفر)، تبریز (1 نفر)، اصفهان(1 نفر)، شیراز (1 نفر) و کرمان(1 نفر)، قزوین (2 نفر) و دانشگاه آزاد (2 نفر) که چهار نفر از آن­ها مرد و پنچ نفر زن بودند، انتخاب شدند. داده­ها با استفاده از بحث گروهی متمرکز و مصاحبه با ارسال سوالات باز از طریق پست الکترونیکی در سال 1391 جمع آوری و با روش تحلیل درون مایه­ای تحلیل گردید. یافته­ها: حاصل تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها 4 درون مایه اصلی و 20 درون مایه فرعی بود. درون مایه­های اصلی شامل: نحوه تدریس، ارزیابی، نقاط قوت و نقاط ضعف بود. در تدریس موضوعاتی مانند: جلسات توجیهی، زمان تشکیل، داشتن طرح درس، وظایف و فعالیت­ها مطرح بود. درارزیابی: گزارش نویسی، انجام کارتحقیقاتی، مقاله نویسی و ارزیابی توسط مسئولین بیمارستان­ها بیان شده و از ناعادلانه بودن ارزیابی شکایت داشتند. در نقاط قوت: به دو موضوع تمرکز روی موضوعات کاربردی و پژوهش محور بودن اشاره شده و در نقاط ضعف حجم بالای کار، ضعف نظارت، مشکل هماهنگی با بیمارستان­ها، عدم همراهی اساتید راهنما، عدم آشنایی پرسنل مراکز با رشته و مباحث آن مطرح گردید. نتیجه­گیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، اصلاح شیوه­های ارزشیابی، بهبود هماهنگی با بیمارستان­ها و آشنایی بیشتر پرسنل با این رشته برای ارتقای کیفیت کارآموزی و کارورزی رشته مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی ضروری است.

عنوان انگلیسی Perspective of Health Service Management Master Students about Methods of Holding Clerkship and Internship Courses: A Qualitative Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Clerkship and internship courses are very important in health service management education. Due to weaknesses in holding of these courses in last few years, the aim of this study is to explore the viewpoints of Iranian master students in health service management about methods of implementing clerkship and internship courses. Methods: In this qualitative study with phenomenological methodology, using purposive sampling method 9 people of health services management students from 7 medical sciences universies including: Tehran (1 person), Tabriz (1 person), Kerman (1 person), Esfahan (1 person), Shiraz (1 person), Gazvin (2 persons) and Azad university (2 persons) that 4 people were male and 5 of them were female selected. data were collected using focus group discussion and semi- structured interviews, conducted in2012 through open- ended questionnaire and were analyzed using Content- Analysis methods. Results: Findings resulted in 4 main themes and 20 sub themes. The main themes included: teaching methods, evaluation, strength and weakness points. Sub themes for teaching methods included: briefings, holding timetable, having lesson plan, tasks and activities. Sub themes for evaluation included: reporting, researching, and assignment and assessments by hospital authorities. Participants had complained about evaluation methods. About strength points, participants referred to focus on applicable subjects and its research- based nature. Sub- themes for weaknesses included: high working load, poor supervision, problems in coordination with hospitals, absence of curriculum authorities, and lack of familiarity of centers' or field's staff with topics in health services management Conclusion: According to the results of this study to improve health service nanagment clerkship and internship courses, revising of evaluation methods in of these courses, improving coordination with hospitals and more familiarity of hospitals personnels with health service management are essential.
