عنوان فارسی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان و مدرسین بالینی دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی گناباد و راهکارهای بهبود آن
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده: زمینه و هدف: شناسایی و اطلاع از عوامل مرتبط با کیفیت آموزش بالینی، اولین گام علمی جهت هر گونه اقدام محسوب می شود. پژوهش حاضر نیز به منظور تعیین عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان و مدرسین بالینی دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد و راهکارهای بهبود آن طراحی و اجرا انجام گردیده است. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی و مقطعی، 44 مدرس بالینی دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی و 92 دانشجوی سال آخر با استفاده از سرشماری، مورد بررسی شدند قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش شامل دو بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک و سوالاتی در پنج حوزه بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماریSPSS نسخه 21 و آزمون های آمار توصیفی(میانگین، انحراف معیار و فراوانی نسبی) و تحلیلی(آزمون های مقایسه میانگین) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. 05/0P< معنادار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: طبق نتایج حاصل از پژوهش، موثرترین حوزه در کیفیت آموزش بالینی، حوزه "محیط بالینی" با فراوانی 8/72% گزارش شده است. بین جنسیت، رشته و مقطع تحصیلی دانشجو با حوزه مرتبط با مدرس، رابطه آماری معناداری(به ترتیب 04/0=P، 004/0=P و 000/0=P) مشاهده شد. همچنین در مقایسه دو گروه در حوزه های برنامه ریزی آموزشی و محیط بالینی رابطه آماری معنادار(به ترتیب با 004/0=P و 002/0=P) وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج، تاثیرگذارترین حوزه، محیط بالینی است. بنابراین این مهم توجه مدیران و برنامه ریزان آموزشی را در جهت ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش بالینی و پیشبرد اهداف مد نظر می طلبد.

عنوان انگلیسی Effective factors on the quality of clinical education from students and clinical instructors´s perspective of Gonabad nursing and midwifery faculty and its improvement solutions.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract: Background and Aims: Identification and awareness of related factors to of clinical education´s quality is the first scientific step for any action. Also the present research to determining of effective factors on the quality of clinical education from students and clinical instructors´s perspective of Gonabad nursing and midwifery faculty and its improvement solutions has been designed and implemented. Methods: In this cross-sectional and analytical study, 44 instructors of nursing and midwifery faculty and 92 final year students by using of census, were studied. The research instrument consisted of two sections: demographic information and questions in the five domains. Data using statistical software SPSS version 21 and descriptive statistics´s tests (mean, standard deviation and relative frequency) and analytical (mean comparison tests) were analyzed. P< 0/05 was considered significant. Results: According to the results of the study in the most effective field in quality of clinical education, "clinical setting" with a frequency 8/72% have been reported. Between students's gender, field and course with related to instructor´s field, a significant relationship (respectively P=0/04, P=0/004 and P=0/000) was observed. Also in comparison of the two groups in the domains of educational planning and clinical setting, there was statistically significant relationship (respectively P=0/004 and P=0/002). Conclusion: According to the results, the most effective field, is clinical setting. So this importance, educational managers and planners´s attention in order to quality of clinical education´s promotion and advancing of considered goals demands.
