عنوان فارسی طراحی بسته مراقبتی مبتنی بر شواهد برای ارتقای تکامل حرکتی شیرخواران مقیم پرورشگاه با استفاده از رویکرد مرور تلفیقی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: شیرخوارگی مهمترین دوره خارج رحمی تکامل مغزی و نیازمند تحریکات محیطی برای بروز قابلیت‌های تکاملی می‌باشد؛ اما کودکان شیرخوارگاهی به دلیل محرومیت‌های محیطی، در معرض تأخیر تکاملی قرار دارند. هدف: طراحی بسته مراقبتی مبتنی بر شواهد برای ارتقای تکامل حرکتی شیرخواران ساکن پرورشگاه با استفاده از رویکرد مرور تلفیقی. روش: در این مرور تلفیقی پس از شناسایی مشکل، جستجو با ترکیبی از عبارات شاخص اختصاص داده شده (MESH) و عبارات متنی شامل تکامل حرکتی، شیرخوار، تحریک، مداخله، بهبود و محیط از تاریخ می 2012 تا می 2013 و در محدوده زمانی 1970 تا 2013 از پایگاه داده‌هایThe Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials ، AMED، CINAHL، EMBASE، Ovid MEDLINE، MEDLINE Advanced، PsycINFO، Google scholar انجام شد. داده ها به روش تحلیل مقایسه‌ای همزمان تحلیل و کدبندی شد و سپس یافته‌ها بر اساس کدهای تعلق گرفته، تلفیق و ویرایش شد؛ تا اجزای مختلف بسته بروز نموده، تکمیل شدند. یافته‌ها: از 180 استناد به دست آمده، 141 مورد به دلیل عدم برخورداری از معیارهای لازم حذف شد و با تلفیق یافته‌های به دست آمده از 39 استناد شامل اسباب بازی‌ها، مهارت‌ها، تعاملات مراقب-شیرخوار، شیوه‌های مراقبتی و ویژگی‌های محیطی مناسب برای تکامل حرکتی شیرخواران، بسته مراقبتی شامل اجزای فوق برای پرورشگاه‌ها پیشنهاد شد. نتیجه‌گیری: از آن جا که با تلفیق اطلاعات غنی به دست آمده از مطالعات حوزه تکامل، دستیابی به بسته مراقبت تکاملی قابل حصول است؛ تهیه بسته‌های مشابه برای سایر جوامع هدف و حوزه‌های تکاملی، همراه با ارزیابی بالینی پیشنهاد می‌شود.

عنوان انگلیسی An evidence based care package to improve motor skills of infants living in foster care according to integrative review approach
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Infancy is the most important extra uterine period of brain development. And it requires environmental stimulation for expression of the developmental capabilities. Meanwhile, due to repeated environmental disparities foster care children are at risk for developmental delay. Aim: designing evidence based care package to improve motor skills of orphan living infants according to integrative review approach. Methods: In this integrative review after problem identification, search was made with a combination of assigned index (MESH) terms and text words including Motor development, Infant, Stimulation, Intervention, Improvement, Environment between May 2012 to May 2013 and research span of 1970 to 2013, in the following databases: The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, AMED, CINAHL, EMBASE, Ovid MEDLINE, MEDLINE Advanced, PsycINFO, Google scholar. After the final selection based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, articles were translated, data were collected using a data collection form, and analysis/ coding were done according to constant comparative analysis method. Then the findings were combined and edited according to the assigned codes, until the various components of the package have been appeared and completed. Results: Of the 180 citations, 141 citations were excludeddue to lack of the necessary criteria and the data obtained from the 39 citations including appropriate toys, skills, child-care givers interactions, care practices and environments to stimulate motor development, were been integrated to made an evidence-based care package to promote motor development of orphan living infants. Conclusion: Evidence-based care programs could be achieved, with incorporating rich information obtained from the studies of infant development, in the form of high-quality review studies. Providing similar packages for other communities and areas of development is proposed.
