عنوان فارسی بررسی ارتباط بین ترمیم‌های آمالگام و لیکن پلان دهانی
چکیده فارسی مقاله خلاصه: سابقه و هدف: لیکن پلان یک بیماری مزمن پوستی مخاطی است. عوامل اتیولوژیک مختلفی برای آن ذکر شده است از جمله می‌توان ترمیم‌های دندانی آمالگام را نام برد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین ارتباط ترمیم‌های آمالگام دندانی با لیکن پلان دهانی بود.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه بصورت مورد- شاهدی انجام گرفت.40 بیمار مبتلا به لیکن پلان دهانی بعنوان گروه مورد و 44 فرد سالم به عنوان گروه شاهد وارد مطالعه شدند. دو گروه از لحاظ سن و جنس مشابه سازی شدند.تعداد ترمیم های آمالگام دندانی و تعداد سطوح ترمیم‌های آمالگام در دو گروه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت سپس ارتباط بین ترمیم‌های دندانی و لیکن پلان با استفاده از آزمون Mann-U-whitney مورد ازمون آماری قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: میانگین تعداد ترمیم‌های آمالگام در گروه مورد 12/3± 71/3 و در گروه شاهد 74/2±16/3بود.( 5/0= P ). و میانگین تعداد سطوح آمالگام در گروه مورد96/6 ±62/5 و در گروه شاهد07/4± 53/4 بود.(1/0 =P ) و بین تعداد سطوح ترمیم‌های آمالگام و لیکن پلان دهانی ارتباط معنی‌داری دیده نشد.نتیجه گیری: بین لیکن پلان دهانی با تعداد ترمیمهای آمالگام و تعداد سطوح آن ارتباطی یافت نشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Oral Lichen Planus and Dental Amalgam Restorations
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract : Background and Aim: Lichen Planus is a chronic mucocutaneus diseasefor which many etiologic factors have been introduced including dental amalgam restorations. The purpose of this study is to assess the relationship between amalgam restoration and oral LichenPlanus. Materials and Methods : In this case-control study 40patients with oral Lichen Planus presenting to dental faculties were selected as the case group and 44 healthy people without Lichen Planus presented to this center were selected as the control group. Case and control groups were examined and evaluated according to the number of amalgam restorations and the total number of amalgam surfaces. The relationship between amalgam restorations and oral Lichen Planus was analyzed with Mann- U- Whitney test. Results : The average number of amalgam restorations in the case and control group s were 3.71 ±3. 12 and 3.16 ± 2.74 respectively and t he average number of total amalgam surfaces in the case and control group s were 5.62 ±6.96 and 4.53±4.07 . respectively there was not any significant difference between two groups. (p=0.5),(p=0.1). Conclusion : there is no relationship between the number of amalgam restorations and total number of amalgam surfaces with oral Lichen Planus.
