این پژوهش با هدف بررسی برنامهریزی استراتژیک و فرایندهای آن در آموزش عالی با تمرکز بر برنامههای درسی آموزش عالی به‌صورت میان‌رشته‌ای اجرا شد. در این رابطه با رویکرد توصیفی – تحلیلی و بر اساس پژوهشهای انجام گرفته در این زمینه و تعمق بر مفاهیم و متون علمی، با هدف جهت‌دهی به پژوهشهای آینده، چهارچوب مفهومی ارائه شد. با توجه به ماهیت کیفی پژوهش، دادهها در این روش به‌صورت باز و با استفاده از روش فرایند چرخه‌ای تحلیل گردآوری شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد چرخه ترسیمی برنامهریزی استراتژیک برنامه درسی‌محور به‌طور مستمر به‌گونه‌ای متعامل از مطلوبیت راهبردی، تحلیل راهبردی و راه‌یابی راهبردی در عرصه محیط آموزش عالی و در سطحی گستردهتر، محیط کلان در ابعاد و عناصر مختلف مورد توجه است. به عبارتی، توجه به برنامههای درسی آموزش عالی بر اساس پویاییهای محیطی و با ترسیم مأموریت و چشم‌انداز مناسب، ضمن توجه به تهدیدها و فرصت‌های پیش رو ضرورت برنامهریزی مناسب برای اجرای استراتژی مورد نظر را محقق می‌کند. تحقق چنین مهمی، پاسخگویی متناسب با مقتضیات محیطی، خلق و توسعه دانش، انسجام و رشد مناسب در جهت اثربخشی برنامههای درسی متناسب با پویاییها و قابلیتهای محیطی را فراهم میسازد. |

An Interdisciplinary Approach to Higher Education Strategic Planning based on Curriculum |

This research attempted to investigate the strategic planning and its processes in higher education, focusing on higher education curricula in the format of interdisciplinary fields. In this regard, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted in order to examine the researches carried out in this field, consider scientific concepts and texts, orient future researches and provide a conceptual framework therein. Given the qualitative nature of the research, it was tried to collect data openly through Analytic Network Process. The results showed that the curriculum-based strategic planning cycle was continually and interactively intermingled with the strategic desirability, strategic analysis and strategic orientation in higher education and in macro environment in different dimensions and elements at a wider level. In other words, paying due attention to curricula in higher education in terms of environmental dynamics through mapping appropriate mission and prospect paves the way for addressing the threats and opportunities ahead and provides the necessary planning requirements for the implementation of the desired strategy. The realization of such an important issue leads to accountability tailored to the environmental requirements, creation and development of knowledge, coherence and proper development of the effectiveness of curricula appropriate to the environmental dynamics and capabilities. |
