دارورسانی یکی از مهم ترین و پیچیده ترین شاخه های داروسازی است که امروزه به لطف به کارگیری علوم دیگر گسترش چشم گیری داشته است. این پیشرفت ها به ویژه در حوزه مکانیسم ها و سیستم های دارورسانی بسیار تاثیر گذار و راه گشا است. در این مقاله مکانیسم های هدف گیری فیزیکی همراه با نمونه هایی عملی از کاربرد آن از جمله از میدان مغناطیسی، نور و امواج فراصوت، هدف‌گیری غیر فعال با بررسی کاربرد آن در دارورسانی به بافت های توموری و هدف گیری فعال با توجه به اختصاصات مربوط به این نوع هدف گیری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. هم چنین سیستم های دارورسانی توسط نانوحامل ها در کنار توجه به مهم ترین ساختارهای حامل نانوئی از جمله نانولیپوزوم ها، نانوذرات لیپیدی، نانوذرات لیپیدی جامد و دندریمرها توضیح داده شده است. هم چنین پیش‌داروها و حامل‌های سلولی و پیشرفت‌های آن‌ها به عنوان دو نمونه دیگر از سیستم های دارورسانی توضیح داده شده است. |

AbstractDrug delivery is one of the most important and most complex pharmaceutical branch that today due to use of other sciences is expanding dramatically. These improvements, especially in the field of drug delivery mechanisms and systems is very effective and useful. In this paper, drug targeting mechanisms such as Physical targeting, by progressing on the application of magnetic fields, ultrasound and electric fields is discussed. Passive targeting by its application on treatment of tumor tissue is explained. Active targeting with considering of the its Specificities is explained. Also delivery systems for drug targeting like Nanoscale Carriers including nano-liposomes, lipid nanoparticles, solid lipid nanoparticles and dendrimers is explained. At the end Targeted Prodrugs and Cellular Carriers and their progress as two other examples of drug delivery systems explained.
