عنوان فارسی نقش تشکل های غیر دولتی در توسعه حقوق جوانان
چکیده فارسی مقاله در دنیای معاصر و با توجه به تحولات هر روزه که در حوزه ارتباطات انسانی رخ داده، روند حرکت جوامع موجب گردیده که نقش دولت ها هر روز کم رنگ تر شود و تحولاتی به وقوع پیوندد. بدیهی است که به موازات تحول جوامع، سناریوهای جدیدی در عرصه های اجتماعی- سیاسی محقق می شود که اولویت های نوین همراه با اتخاذ شیوه ها و ابزارهای جدید همانند استفاده از ظرفیت بازیگران غیردولتی به ویژه  NGOs ها را می طلبد. در این میان، نقش آفرینی جوانان در کشورهای مختلف دنیا به خصوص جوامع توسعه یافته به عنوان نیروی فکر، کار و ارائه ایده در نهادها و مراکز علمی و اداری و روند توسعه­ YNGOs در نظام جهانی با برنامه های مختلفی از جمله اقدامات عام المنفعه و بشردوستانه فراتر از مرزهای کشورها، تاثیر زیادی بر افکار توده های مختلف مردم و حتی دولت ها و سازمان های بین المللی بر جای گذاشته است. روش به کار برده شده در این پژوهش، شیوه اسنادی و کتابخانه ای و داده ها نیز از نوع کیفی بوده است. در این پژوهش به بررسی این سئوال پرداخته ایم که مشارکت اجتماعی با استفاده از ابزار  NGO Yچگونه می تواند در پیگیری حقوق جوانان مؤثر باشد و چه جایگاهی را برای سازمان های مردم نهاد در توسعه حقوق جوانان قائلیم؟ به نظر می رسد حرکت در مسیر فهم مطالبات داخلی و حقوقی جوانان و دغدغه های آنان موجب  نهادینه سازی فرهنگ استفاده از ظرفیت جوانان با محوریت تشکل های غیر دولتی و استفاده از تجارب بین المللی به منظور توانمند نمودن نسل آینده کشور با نگاهی به اسناد مرجع بین المللی با روحیه مطالبه گری و حقوقی خواهد شد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In the contemporary world, daily changes that occur in the field of communications has led the process of moving communities diluted the role of government every day and this situation is spurred the evolution. It is obvious that as societies evolve, new scenarios in the areas of social- political realized that the new priorities with the adoption of new practices and tools, as well as the capacity of non-state actors, particularly NGOs are required. In this regard due to the role of young people in different countries, especially developed nations as the force of thought, work and ideas in institutions and scientific centers and offices and the development of NGOs youth in the global system a variety of programs such philanthropic actions beyond the borders of countries, in the international arena that would impact on the minds of the masses of the people and even governments and international organization. The method used in this research was based on documentation and library data and also a qualitative study. In this study, we addressed the following questions using the tools of social participation: how youth NGOs can be effective in pursuing the rights of young people and what is their position in youth rights development? It seems the movement in the direction of domestic understanding of young people and  their concerns will lead to the institutionalization of the culture of youth-oriented NGOs capacity and use of international experience to the next generation of the country.
