عنوان فارسی آینده‌نگاری کیفیت عملکرد دانشجویانِ آموزش عالی نظامی با استفاده از الگوریتم پیش‌بینی شبکه‌ عصبی مصنوعی (مورد مطالعه: یک سازمان نظامی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه: از جمله مباحث اساسی در نظام آموزش عالی یک کشور، مبانی کیفیت عملکرد دانشجویان و دانش­آموختگان دانشگاه‌هاست که دو مورد از اصلی­ترین موارد هفتگانه در حوزه کیفیت در آموزش عالی را تشکیل داده و با دربرگرفتن مولفه‌های متعدد، اهمیت فراوانی در ارتقای کیفیت نظام آموزش عالی هر کشور دارد و هرگونه ابهام در آن به­ویژه در آموزش عالی نظامی که از حساسیت بالاتری برخوردار است باعث بوجود آمدن تبعات جبران­ناپذیری خواهد شد. هدف: هدف اصلی این مقاله آینده­نگاری کیفیت عملکرد دانشجویانِ آموزش عالی نظامی با استفاده از الگوریتم پیش­بینی شبکه­ عصبی مصنوعی است که در راستای آن مولفه­های اصلی کیفیت عملکرد دانشجویان نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش: در این مقاله با استفاده از الگوریتم­ پیش­بینی شبکه عصبی مصنوعی، آینده­نگاری کیفیت عملکرد دانشجویان در سه فاز یادگیری، اعتبارسنجی و آزمون شبکه عصبی به انجام رسید که جامعه آماری آن متشکل از اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه هوایی شهید ستاری، دانشجویان و دانش­آموختگان این دانشگاه و نیز اعضای دفتر مطالعات راهبردی و پژوهشهای نظری نهاجا بود و با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه نیمه­ساختارمند و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته به گردآوری اطلاعات پرداخته شد و نهایتاً از نرم­افزار متلب برای مدلسازی شبکه عصبی استفاده گردید. یافته­ها: با استفاده از الگوریتم شبکه عصبی مصنوعی، مدلی با دقت 5/85 % طراحی شد و مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتیجه­گیری: با استفاده از الگوریتم شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و مدلسازی کیفیت عملکرد دانشجویان می­توان با دقت بسیار بالایی آینده­نگاری کیفیت عملکرد دانش­آموختگان در سازمان نهاجا را تدوین نمود.

عنوان انگلیسی Forecasting of the Students’ Performance in Military Higher Education Using Artificial Neural Network Prediction Algorithm (Case study: A military organization)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: One of the basic issues in a country's higher education system is the foundations of the quality of graduates’ and university students’ performance, which make up two of the seven major issues in the field of quality in higher education and is important in incorporating multiple components in improving the quality of the higher education system of each country, and any ambiguity in it, especially in military higher education, which has a higher sensitivity, will lead to irreparable consequences. Purpose: The main objective of this paper is to forecast the performance of military higher education students using the artificial neural network prediction algorithm. In addition, the main components of student performance quality have been studied. Method: In this paper, using predictive artificial neural network prediction algorithm, forecasting the quality of students' performance in three phases of learning, validation and neural network test was performed. The statistical society consists of faculty members of Shahid Sattari Air University, students and graduates of this university, as well as the members of the Office of Strategic Studies and Theoretical Research, were then interviewed using a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. Finally, MATLAB software was used to model the neural network. Results: Using artificial neural network algorithm, a model with accuracy of 85.5% was designed and tested. Conclusion: By using artificial neural network algorithm and modeling the quality of students' performance, we can accurately predict the quality of the graduates' performance in the Air Force organization.
