زمینه: صنعت بانکداری به‌عنوان یکی از بااهمیت‌ترین بخش‌های اقتصادی کشور همواره تحت تأثیر عوامل بسیار زیادی قرار دارد و این موضوع متخصصان و خبرگان اقتصادی را به این فکر انداخته تا با شناخت آینده از نوسان وبی ثباتی آن در مواجه با تغییرات پیش رو جلوگیری کرده و زمینه رشد و توسعه این بخش را فراهم آورند. هدف: هدف این پژوهش تدوین سناریوهای صنعت بانکداری با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی است. روش: این تحقیق بر اساس هدف، تحقیقی -کاربردی است که با استفاده از روش‌های کیفی، اقدام به جمع‌آوری اطلاعات نموده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه، مصاحبه، فیش‌برداری و شبکه‌های اطلاعاتی و آماری می‌باشد. در این تحقیق جامعه آماری مدیران و متخصصان بانکی و اساتید دانشگاه آشنا با حوزه بانکداری می‌باشند که با توجه به نوع اطلاعات لازم برای انجام تحقیق از نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی قضاوتی استفاده‌شده است. روش این پژوهش مبتنی بر سناریو نگاری در آینده‌پژوهی است. یافته‌ها: پس از تدوین پرسش آغازین و مشخص کردن موضوع اصلی، تشکیل پانل خبرگان، انجام مصاحبه‌های اکتشافی و مشخص کردن نیروهای پیشران،64 متغیر به‌عنوان عوامل اولیه مؤثر بر صنعت بانکداری به‌صورت یک ماتریس 64*64 در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت و بعد به کمک نرم‌افزار میک مک،12 عامل کلیدی استخراج و به 38 وضعیت مختلف طبقه‌بندی گردید سپس این وضعیت‌ها برای تمام عوامل کلیدی به‌صورت ماتریسی 38*38 در اختیار متخصصین قرار داده شد و در نرم‌افزار سناریو ویزارد تحلیل گردید و چهار سناریو استخراج شد. نتیجه‌گیری: درنهایت 3 سناریوی قوی،1 سناریوی باورکردنی و 8 سناریوی ضعیف شناسایی شد و در سه گروه مطلوب، ایستا و بحران طبقه‌بندی گردید و برای توسعه صنعت بانکداری راهبردهایی ارائه شد. |

Background: The banking industry as one of the most important economic sectors of the country has always been influenced by many factors And that's the thought of the experts and the economists To realize the future of the swing instability has prevented it in the face of changes ahead and Provide growth and development for this sector. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to formulate scenarios of the banking industry with a future research approach. Method: This goal-based research is an applied research that has used qualitative methods to collect data. Data collection tools are questionnaires, interviews, check-ins, and statistical and information networks. In this study, the statistical population of banking managers and specialists and university professors are familiar with the field of banking, which, based on the type of information required to conduct the research, non-probable judgmental sampling was used. The methodology of this research is based on future research scenario writing. Results: After formulating the initial question and identifying the main topic, forming the panel of experts, conducting exploratory interviews and identifying the driving forces, 64 variables were identified as the primary influencing factors of the banking industry by a 64*64 matrix and then provided with the help of Mic Mac Software , 12 key factors were extracted and categorized into 38 different situations. These situations were then presented to the experts for all key factors in a 38*38 matrix and analyzed in the Scenario Wizard software and four scenarios were extracted. Conclusion: Finally, 3 strong scenarios, 1 believable scenario and 8 weak ones were identified and classified into three groups: desirable, static and crisis and presented strategies for developing the banking industry. |
