عنوان فارسی تحقق اهداف آموزش بالینی پرستاری و عوامل موثر بر آن از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری
چکیده فارسی مقاله تحقق ا هداف آموزشی دلیل وجودی هر سیستم آموزشی است. بدین منظور پژوهشی با هدف تعیین میزان تحقق اهداف آموزش بالینی پرستاری و عوامل موثر بر آن از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری صورت گرفت . در این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی تمامی دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری که واحدهای درسی کارآموزی بهداشت روان، بهداشت جامعه، کودکان و مدیریت را اخذ کرده بودند، به روش سر شماری انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از 5 پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج دلالت داشت که 66.7 % دانشجویان تحقق اهداف بهداشت روان، 65.6 % کودکان و 44.1 % مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی را در سطح عالی ، 43.3 % بهداشت جامعه را در سطح خوب، ارزیابی نمودند. استرس دانشجو در محیط کارآموزی با تحقق اهداف درس مدیریت ، مشخص بودن شرح وظایف دانشجو، ارائه اهداف در اولین روز ، آموزش دانشجویان در راستای اهداف ، هماهنگی بین اهداف آموزشی و انتظارات پرسنل بخش،اخلاق حرفه ای و ارتباط صحیح با بیمار، رعایت پیش نیازها، رعایت مراحل آموزش بالینی، برخورد مناسب مربی با دانشجویان، صبر و حوصله مربی ، همکاری لازم پرسنل بخش با دانشجو، قدرت تصمیم گیری دانشجو در برنامه ریزی مراقبت ، امکانات رفاهی کافی ، انگیزه اشتغال ، نظارت کافی بر روند آموزش با تحقق اهداف کودکان رابطه معنی داری داشتند. (0.05< P) تحقق اهداف دروس بالینی از وضعیت خوبی برخوردار است و عواملی که از نظر بیشتر دانشجویان بر تحقق اهداف تاثیر داشت حمایت کامل و برخورد مناسب مربی با دانشجو بودند.

عنوان انگلیسی Goal achievement in nursingclinical education and effective factors
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Educational goals is the most important component of any educational program and achieving this goals is reason for existence of educational system. In this research we assessment of goal achievement in nursing clinical education and effective factors. Method: In this descriptive- analytical study all nursing students who had received internship courses of mental health nursing , community health nursing, children nursing, nursing management were selected by census method. Data collection with 5 questionnaires and analysis with SPSS Ver16. Results: Results indicated 66.7% students’ goal achievement mental health nursing training was excellent, 43.3% students’ goal achievement community health nursing training was good, 65.6% students’ goal children nursing training was excellent and 44.1% students’ goal nursing management training was excellent. Based on ANOVA test, student stress in clinical setting with nursing management training goal achievement, student identified duties, course objectives presentation on the first day of training, education objectives and personnel expectations matching, professional ethics and proper communication with patient, meet prerequisites training courses, meet of clinical education training, proper communication between trainer and student, trainer patience, collaboration between personnel and student, student decision making power in patient care planning, enough welfare in ward, employment motivation in future, enough supervision on clinical education with children nursing training goal achievement.(p< 0.05) Conclusion: Goal achievement of clinical courses in mental health, community health, children nursing and management groups are good.Effective factors with the most frequency were complete support of the student by the instructor in the clinical setting and appropriate instructor communication with student.
