عنوان فارسی پیش‌بینی فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان پزشکی دختر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد بر مبنای تمامیت‌خواهی و جو عاطفی خانواده در سال تحصیلی ۹۶-۱۳۹۵
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: فرسودگی تحصیلی مسأله‌ای مهمی است که با عملکرد ضعیف تحصیلی در ارتباط است. گرچه، توجه زیادی به این مسأله‌ شده است، اما پژوهش‌های محدودی در رابطه با نقش تمامیت‌خواهی و جو عاطفی خانواده انجام شده است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر پیش‌بینی فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان پزشکی دختر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 بر مبنای تمامیت‌خواهی و جو عاطفی خانواده بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی است. جامعه پژوهش را دانشجویان پزشکی دختر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد تشکیل می‌دادند که 200 نفر از آنها در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و با مقیاس‌های فرسودگی تحصیلی Schaufeli و همکاران، تمامیت‌‌خواهی بشارت و جو عاطفی خانواده Hilburn-Cobb مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین ± انحراف معیار)، آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که رابطه تمامیت خواهی و فرسودگی تحصیلی (218/0 =r، 001/0P<) و نیز رابطه بین جو عاطفی خانواده با فرسودگی تحصیلی (289/0- =r، 001/0>P) معنی‌دار است. نتایج رگرسیون خطی چندگانه نیز نشان داد که تمامیت خواهی (193/0=B، 005/0=P) و جو عاطفی خانواده (403/0- =B، 001/0=P) توان پیش‌بینی فرسودگی تحصیلی را دارند و 2/14 درصد واریانس فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان را تبیین می‌کنند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج، در طرح‌های مداخلاتی، توجه به نقش تمامیت‌خواهی و جو عاطفی خانواده جهت پیش‌گیری و یا کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان ضروری به نظر می رسد. واژه‌های کلیدی: فرسودگی تحصیلی، تمامیت‌خواهی، جو عاطفی خانواده، دانشجویان، شهرکرد

عنوان انگلیسی Predicting Academic Burnout in Female Medical Students of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences Based on Perfectionism and Family Emotional Climate in 2016-2017 Academic Year
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Academic burnout is a significant problem associated with poor academic performance. Although there has been increased attention on this issue, literature on the relationship between students' perfectionism and family emotional climate and burnout is relatively limited. The main purpose of this study was to predict academic burnout in female medical students of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences in 2016-2017 academic year based on perfectionism and family emotional climate. Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive study. Research population consisted of female medical students of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences, out of which 200 persons were selected by convenience sampling in 2016-2017 academic year and evaluated using Schaufeli et al. Burnout Inventory, Besharat Perfectionism, and Hilburn-Cobb questionnaire of family emotional climate. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (mean ±standard deviation), Pearson's correlation coefficient as well as multiple linear regression. Results: Pearson's correlation results showed a significant relationship between perfectionism and burnout (p< 0.001, r=0.218), and family emotional climate and academic burnout (p< 0.001, r=-0.289). The results of multiple linear regression analysis also showed that perfectionism (p=0.005, B=0.193) and family emotional climate (p=0.001, B=-0.403) are predictive of academic burnout and explain 14.2% of variation of the students' academic burnout. Conclusion: Considering the obtained results, it seems necessary to pay attention to the role of perfectionism and family emotional climate variables in intervention initiatives to prevent or reduce academic burnout.
