عنوان فارسی ارائه مدلی برای ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش در رشته داروسازی مورد: (دانشکده داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی تهران)
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و اهداف: از مسائل مطرح آموزش پزشکی در سال­های اخیر، افت­کیفیت آموزش پزشکی است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی مولفه­های ارتقاء کیفیت آموزشی در رشته داروسازی و ارائه مدل متناسب با شرایط بومی انجام گرفت . روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضراز نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری آن شامل140 نفر از دانشجویان سال­آخر و20نفر از اساتید دانشکده داروسازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی تهران بودند. به منظور گردآوری داده ها، از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده، پرسشنامه اول جهت بررسی ابعاد و مولفه های ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش در اختیار140 نفر از دانشجویان قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از تحلیل عاملی و از نرم افزار PLS استفاده شده است. بعد از ارائه مدل پیشنهادی، درجه تناسب بر اساس نظرات20 نفر از اساتید مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. یافته­ها: در­رابطه با کیفیت و عوامل موثر بر ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش داروسازی،9عامل­اصلی اهداف­و رسالت­های دانشکده، کیفیت برنامه­درسی، فضا و امکانات آموزشی، فرایند تدریس و یادگیری، انجام ارزشیابی، مهارت­های رفتاری اساتید، مهارت­های حرفه­ای اساتید،­دانشجویان،­کاربرد­استاندارهای­آموزشی، تاثیرگذاری روش­های­تدریس موجود در­رشته داروسازی بیشترین ارتباط و تاثیر بر ارتقای کیفیت آموزش داروسازی داشتند. نتیجه ­گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان دادکه تأثیرگذاری روش های تدریس موجود در رشته داروسازی با بارعاملی (86/0)، مهارت های رفتاری اساتید با بارعاملی(83/0)دارای بیشترین تاثیر و کاربرد استاندارهای آموزشی با بارعاملی(65/0) دارای کمترین تأثیر بر ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش رشته داروسازی هستند.­لذا استفاده از روش های نوین تدریس از قبیل flipped classroom ، روش تدریس بالینی و... در بخش مهارت های رفتاری اساتید تکیه بر برخورد مناسب، احترام متقابل، خودباوری و... نسبت به سایر عوامل تاثیرگذارترند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله   Background and Objectives: The­ aim of this research, is identifying pharmacy quality education elements of improvement and also presenting a model correspendent with local conditions. Analysis Methods: This is a descriptive study that its l population is 140 graduated students of Tehran Medical University, two questionnaires which the first one was Responded-made is specialized for dimensions and components of improving the quality of education and the appropriateness of model and thet second one specialized for model correspondent data   collection which was complete by 20 university professors.this data was analyzed confirmatory and PLS software. Results: Regarding the quality and effective factors on improving the quality of pharmacy education, the 9 main factors of the goals and missions of the faculty, the quality of the curriculum, space and educational facilities, teaching and learning process, assessment, behavioral skills of professors, skills Professional faculty members, students, application of educational standards, and influence of teaching methods in pharmacy have the most impact on improving the quality of pharmacy education. Conclusion: The results showed that the effect of teaching methods with total load (0.86), behavioral skills of faculty members with total load (0.83) had been effective the application of educational standards with a factor of 0.65 The least impact has on improving the quality of pharmacy education. Therefore, the use of modern teaching methods such as flipped classroom,clinical­­ teaching method ... and in the behavioral skills of professors based on appropriate treatment, mutual respect, self esteem and ... toward Other factors are more influential than other factors.
