عنوان فارسی بررسی محاربه و افساد فی الارض با محوریت آرای امام خمینی(س)
چکیده فارسی مقاله با آنکه جرم محاربه در قرآن به صراحت بیان شده و مجازات آن اعلام شده است ولی در اینکه آیا مجازات‌های تعیین شده در آیه یاد شده از باب تخییر هستند یا ترتیب، میان فقها و مفسران اختلاف نظر وجود دارد. همچنین از حیث مشخص نمودن مصادیق آن با توجه به اعمال جنایت‌آمیزی که امروزه وجود دارد ممکن است میان فقها اختلاف نظر وجود داشته باشد از این رو در این تحقیق نظرات فقها از جمله امام خمینی و مقایسه و بررسی آنها بیان شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی A Review of Moharebeh and Efsad-e fil-Arz (Corruption on Earth) with Special Reference to Imam Khomeini’s Viewpoints
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Although Moharebeh (enmity against God) as a crime as well as pertinent punishment have been clearly defined in the Holy Quran, there is difference of opinion among the jurists and commentators on whether the said punishment is a matter of choice (Takhyir) or correct course of action (Tartib). Also there might be difference in opinions on specifying its attribution to the sort of crimes committed these days. Therefore, this paper has embarked on a comparative review of the opinions of various jurists, with an emphasis on Imam Khomeini's view on this issue.
