عنوان فارسی ارزیابی اقتصادی پروژه پخش سیلاب کاشمر
چکیده فارسی مقاله بحران آب در اغلب مناطق کشور، لزوم اجرای طرح­های مختلف استحصال آب را توجیه می­نماید. در اجرای طرح پخش سیلاب کاشمر نیز همانند سایر طرح­های پخش سیلاب کشور مبالغ نسبتاً زیادی هزینه شده است. وجود دیدگاه­های متفاوت در خصوص نتایج و راندمان حاصل از پروژه­های پخش سیلاب، ارزیابی اقتصادی این فعالیت­ها را به منظور اطلاع از نسبت منفعت به هزینه پروژه ضروری می­سازد. در این پژوهش ابتدا کلیه هزینه­ها و درآمدهای پروژه پخش سیلاب کاشمر برای سال­های مورد بررسی تعیین شد. سپس راندمان اقتصادی پروژه با استفاده از روش­های متداول اقتصاد مهندسی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. ارزیابی اقتصادی پروژه نشان داد که با در نظر گرفتن نرخ تنزیل 20 درصد ارزش حال خالص (NPV) پروژه معادل 8/243944716 ریال می­باشد که مثبت بودن آن حاکی از فزونی درآمدهای پروژه بر هزینه­های آن می­باشد. نسبت منفعت به هزینه (B/C) پروژه نیز معادل 74/1 به دست آمد که با توجه به این که رقم یاد شده بزرگتر از یک می­باشد حاکی از اقتصادی بودن اجرای پروژه است و در نهایت نرخ بازده داخلی پروژه معادل با 55 درصد محاسبه گردید که مقایسه این رقم با حداقل نرخ قابل قبول یعنی 20 درصد نشان دهنده این است که اجرای پروژه آبخوانداری کاشمر از نظر اقتصادی کاملاً مقرون به صرفه است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Water crisis in Iran justify the implementation of different water extraction projects. Kashmar flood spreading project has been so costly like other flood spreading projects. Economic evaluation of these activities to determine benefit-cost ratio is essential, because of different views about the results and efficiency of flood spreading projects. Firstly, all costs and incomes of Kashmar flood spreading were determined for given years. Then the economic efficiency of the project was assessed by using the common engineering economic methods. Economic evaluation of this project indicated that the profitability was higher than the cost of implementing it by considering 20% profit, the net present values (NPV) of it is 243944716.8 Rials  which is positive yet. The Benefit- cost ratio (B/C) is 1/74 which showed that the project is economic. Finally, internal rate of return of this project is calculated as 55% that the comparison of this amount to the acceptable minimum  rate namely 20%  has indicated that Kashmar flood spreading project is completely economic.
