متخصصان علم کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی از جمله کسانی اند که به منظؤر ارائه خدمات بهینه در بخشهای مختلف کتابخانه ها، بهره وری را مورد توجه قرار داده اند. از جمله بخشهای مهم کتابخانه بخش اطلاع رسانی و خدمات رایانه ای است و جستجو ؤ بازیابیاطلاعات از مهمترین خدمات این بخش در ارائهء اطلاعات به مراجعین به حساب می آید. به منظؤر اندازه گیرئ بهره وری در این بخش، عواملی رأ باید مورد توجه قرار داد.که مهمترین أن، شناخت بهتر ابزارهأی جستجو، چگونگی جستجو و بازیابی اطلاعات وتشخیص بهترین راه انجام جستجو است. تحقیق حاضر بر آن است که نشان دهد تغییرات مثبت عوامل فوق الذکر در بهبود بهره وری در بخش خدمات جستجو و بازیابی أطلاعات در این مراکز موثر است. |

Productivity is defined as efficiency of a system or a person. It is a factor that its comparison and evaluation had been considered important in all economic and social aspects. Liberians and information science specialists are considered persons whose productivity in presenting better services in different divisions of libraries is very important. One of the important division in liberty is information division and computer services and one of the most important service offered in this division is information retrieval. We should consider some factors for evaluation of productivity in this sector, the most important of them are, better recognition of search tools, quality of information retrieval and definition of the best way for searching. Development in information technology has caused chances for staff of this divisions that by spending a little time and money they do better searches. This survey show that some above mentioned factors are effective in improvement of productivity in services of information retrieval in this centers |
