چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیدهتحقیق حاضر با هدف ارزیابی وضعیت بکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش علمی و کاربردی شهر قم انجام گرفته است. به این منظور تعداد 164 نفر از مدیران شاغل در معاونت های آموزشی، معاونت های پژوهشی و فناوری، معاونت دانشجویی و فرهنگی، معاونت تحصیلات تکمیلی، معاونت اداری و مالی، مدیریت آزمایشگاه ها، روئسای دانشکده ها و مدیران گروه های آموزشی در دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزشی شهر قم به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. پرسشنامه حاضر دارای 58 گویه و 11مولفه به کارگیری ICTدر تصمیم گیری، تدریس، اتوماسیون اداری، پژوهش،کتابخانه، آموزش آنلاین، ثبت اطلاعات وآمارها، ارتباطات سازمانی، ارزشیابی، مدیریت کارکنان و توانمندسازی هیئت علمی می باشند. یافته های به دست آمده نشان داد که وضعیت به کارگیری ICT در ارتباطات سازمانی،کتابخانه، اتوماسیون اداری از دیدگاه مدیران دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی قم مطلوب است. اما مولفه های به کارگیریICTدر تصمیم گیری، پژوهش،آموزش آنلاین،ثبت اطلاعات و آمارها،مدیریت کارکنان، توامند سازی هیئت علمی از وضعیت نامطلوبی برخوردار بود. کلمات کلیدی: فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، آموزشی علمی، مدیران

To this end, the existing community of researchers in the study included students from faculties and managers of educational groups at universities and scientific and practical educational institutions in Qom. In addition, in order to calculate and process variables, Excel 2010, SPSS 22 software and independent regresion have been used. The performance of information and communication technology in universities and higher education institutions was studied in decision making components, office automation, research and teaching.
