عنوان فارسی بررسی تاثیر تجویز موضعی هورمون رشد بر استرئولوژیک سلول‏های غضروف رشد خرگوش
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف : به دلیل اهمیت شناخت مکانیسم اثر هورمون رشد (GH) بر غضروف رشد (GP) در این مطالعه ساختمان سلولی GP تیبیای پروگزیمال خرگوش بر اساس روش‏های استرئولوژیکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواد و روش‏ها: تحقیق به روش تجربی انجام گرفت. هورمون رشد در GP تیبیای راست خرگوش به مدت 21 روز به کمک میکروپمپ وارد شد. فاکتورهای استرئولوژیک “حجم” و “ارتفاع” غضروف رشد، چگالی “حجم”، “سطح” و “تعداد” سلول‏های غضروفی بطور مستقیم و با استفاده از آنها “حجم، سطح و تعداد کل” سلولها و نیز “حجم و سطح” یک سلول غضروفی محاسبه گردید. نتایج مربوطه با انجام t –test و ANOVA تک فاکتور و در موارد مورد نیاز تست Dunnett با هم مقایسه گردیدند. یافته‏ها : بین تیبیای راست و چپ گروه‏ها و نیز چپ و راست گروه سالین و شاهد تفاوت معنی‏داری وجود نداشت. “حجم” و “ارتفاع” غضروف رشد و نیز “حجم کل” سلول‏های غضروفی در گروه‏های درمان شده در مقایسه با گروه شاهد تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشتند. “سطح کل” و “تعداد کل” سلول‏های غضروفی و “حجم” و سطح” یک سلول غضروفی گروه‏های درمان شده در مقایسه با گروه شاهد تفاوت معنی‏داری را نشان دادند. نتیجه‌گیری و توصیه‌ها: هورمون رشد باعث هیپرپلازی سلول‏های غضروفی گشته ولی باعث هیپرتروفی در آنها نمی‌شود. عمل جراحی و کاشتن میکرو پمپ‏ها تأثیری بر استرئولوژیک سلول ندارد. دوزهای مصرف شده و نتایج حاصله مبین اثر سیستمیک GH می‏باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی A stereological study of the effect of locally administered growth hormone on the microstructure of the tibial growth plate in immature rabbits
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: The mechanism of growth hormone (GH) effects on growth plate (GP) and its chondrocytes is of utmost importance, thus we have investigated the microstructure of proximal tibial GP of rabbits with designed-based stereological methods. Material and methods: In this experimental study, the tissue came from a study into longitudinal growth using minipumps surgically implanted into the right upper tibial GP of 9 weeks old rabbits, administering GH at 10 and 100 μ g/day for a period of 21 days. Saline only administered and non-operated groups served as controls. The following stereological parameters were investigated: GP volume and height chondrocyte volume, surface and number densities. These direct measurements lead to estimate of chondrocyte total volume, surface and number mean chondrocyte volume and surface in the number-weighted distribution. Data were analyzed using t-test and single factor ANOVA, then if there was any significant difference, Dunnett’s multiple comparison test was performed. Results: No significant differences were found between the right and left tibial and saline and control groups in the total quantities. The GP volume and height and chondrocyte total volume showed no significant differences between the treatment and control groups. Conclusion: GH acts on rabbit proximal tibial GP by inducing chondrocyte hyperplasia but not hypertrophy. The operative procedure of implanting a minipump had no detectable effect on any of the parameters measured. GH had an effect on the local cytostructure of the GP on the treated side.
