عنوان فارسی بررسی تغییرات بیومکانیک ستون فقرات در اثر روند دژنراسیون دیسک های بین مهره ای
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: روند دژنراسیون در اثر مرور زمان تمام اندام­ های بدن را تحت تاثیر قرار می ­دهد و دیسک ­های بین مهره­ای نیز از این قائده مستثنی نیستند. دژنراسیون دیسک بین مهره­ای مهمترین علت دردهای کمر در انسان است، لذا آگاهی از تغییرات بیومکانیک ناشی از آن اهمیت ویژه­ای دارد. مواد و روش ­ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی تمام بیمارانی که به­ دلیل کمردرد به کلینیک ستون فقرات بیمارستان باهنر شهر کرمان مراجعه کرده بودند و حداقل یک ماه درمان برای آن­ ها ناموفق بوده، وارد شدند. جهت تشخیص و درمان، رادیوگرافی ­های ایستاده ستون فقرات به ­صورت روبه ­رو و نیم­ رخ فلکشن-اکستنشن و نیز ام­ آرآی درخواست می­ شد. میزان ترنسلیشن و روتیشن در صفحه ساجیتال و هم­ چنین ارتفاع قدامی و خلفی دیسک بر حسب گرید­های مختلف دژنراسیون ارزیابی می ­گردید. نتایج: شدت دژنراسیون دیسک با افزایش سن نسبت مسقیم داشت. با پیشرفت دژنراسیون ارتفاع دیسک بین مهره­ای در قدام و خلف کاهش پیدا می­ کرد. با افزایش گرید دژنراسیون میزان جابه ­جایی و چرخش در صفحه ساجیتال کاهش یافته بود و شدت این کاهش با ارتفاع خلفی دیسک ارتباط مستقم داشت. نتیجه­ گیری: روند دژنراسیون با افزایش سن تشدید می­ گردد و با افزایش شدت دژنراسیون در سگمان­ های حرکتی ستون فقرات فضای دیسک به­ طور پیش­رونده کاهش می ­یابد؛ به دنبال آن حرکات ترنسلیشنی و روتیشنی ستون فقرات کاهش پیدا می­ کنند، به­ طوری­ که گرید 3 دژنراسیون را می ­توان معادل فاز رسیدن به ثبات سگمان حرکتی دانست.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of biomechanical alteration of the spinal intervertebral discs due to the degenerative process
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: With the progression of aging process, the degenerative process affect all organs throughout the body, including the intervertebral discs. The degeneration of intervertebral discs is the most important etiology for the back pain in human. Hence, having the knowledge of alterations in biomechanics of this structure due to the degeneration is of special importance. Materials and Methods: In this cross sectional study all patients referred to the Spinal Cord Clinic of Bahonar hospital (Kerman, Iran) because of their back pain were participated. The upright anteroposterior and lateral flexion-extension radiographs and MRI of the spine have been ordered for the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with back pain. The sagital translation and rotation and also anterior and posterior disc height in different grades of degenerations was analyzed. Results: The severity of the intervertebral disc degeneration has direct relation to aging. Anterior and posterior disc height was decreased with the progression of the degeneration. Translation and rotation in the sagital plane were decreased along with the progression of the grade of the degeneration and in direct relation to the posterior disc height. Conclusion: The degeneration trend is progressing with the advancement of aging and the disc space is decreasing along with the severity of degeneration, followed by a reduction in the translational and rotational movements of the spinal segments, so the grade 3 degeneration has been assumed to be equivalent to the stabilization phase of the motion segment.
