عنوان فارسی تجربه همسران مددجویان با ضایعات نخاعی: یک مطالعه پدیدار شناسی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: صدمات نخاعی اکتسابی یک مشکل شایع بهداشتی می‌باشد و این مسئله، مهم‌ترین علت ناتوانی در سراسر جهان است. درک تجارب واقعی همسران این بیماران به وسیله تیم مراقبتی نقش مهمی در کاهش عوارض ناتوانی و کاهش رنج مراقبتی همسران دارد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف کشف تجارب همسران مددجویان با ضایعه نخاعی انجام شده است. روش کار: این مطالعه با استفاده از یکی از روشهای تحقیق کیفی تحت عنوان پدیدار شناسی توصیفی انجام شده است. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه، مصاحبه نیمه سازمان یافته‌ها با 15 شرکت کننده از همسران مددجویان باضایعات نخاعی از مراکز توانبخشی ضایعات نخاعی منزل بیماران بودند و روش تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با روش کلایزی بود. یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها بعد از تجزیه و تحلیل کلایزی، منجر به ظهور 3 تم و 12 ساب تم استخراج گردید که شامل سه تم‌های اصلی شامل رویارویی با محدودیتها وچالش های متعدد، نیاز به ارائه مراقبت توام با حمایت و ساختار غیر حمایتی بود."نیاز به حمایت در بستری از محدودیتها" به عنوان جوهره تجارب مشارکت کنندگان این مطالعه شناسایی شد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان دادکه حمایت توام با مراقبت از طرق همسران خیلی مهم است. تجارب همسران به تیم مراقبت سلامتی و سیاستمداران در کاهش موانع و کمک به تیم بهداشتی برای توانمندسازی خانواده بیماران برای مقابله با ناتوانی و عوارض صدمه به وسیله آموزش و حمایت خانواده و بیماران کمک مهمی می‌نماید.

عنوان انگلیسی Spouses' Experiences of Living with Patients with Spinal Cord Injuries: A Phenomenological Study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Spinal cord injuries are a major public health problem. Spinal cord injuries are the most important cause of disability around the world. Understanding of spouses' experiences of living with these patients by the health worker team can play a significant role in minimizing disability consequences and burden of the spouses. The aim of this study was to explore and describe the experiences and perceptions of spouses of patients with spinal cord injuries. Methods: In this phenomenological qualitative study, 15 spouses of patients with spinal cord injuries were selected from Tehran rehabilitation centers for spinal cord injuries during 2014-2015 and were interviewed. The participants were selected using the purposeful sampling method. Data were collected through individual semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the Collizi's method. Results: Based on the results of the collizi's analysis, 3 major themes and 12 sub-themes were extracted. The three major themes included "encountering with multiple constraints and challenges", "non-supportive structure", and "need to care with support". Need to support in spite of some restrictions was the essence of the participants' experiences. Conclusions: The findings show that providing care and support to these patients by their spouses is very necessary. Experiences of the patients' spouses can help health care workers and policy makers to eliminate the barriers and enable the patients' families to confront the disabilities and consequences of injuries by implementing the training programs for patients and their families.
