عنوان فارسی برازش و تحلیل مسیر مدل مدیریت‌ دانش و نقش آن بر خلاقیت اعضای هیئت‌ علمی (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه‌های مجری آموزش از دور)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و اهداف: پژوهش حاضر به برازش و تحلیل مسیر مدل مدیریت دانش و نقش آن بر خلاقیت اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه‌های مجری آموزش از دور می‌پردازد. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش، آمیخته از نوع کیفی و کمی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، مشتمل بر کلیه اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه‌های مجری آموزش از دور کشور که2901 نفر است. روش نمونه‌گیری در مرحله کیفی به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند(غیر احتمالی)، مشتمل بر 12 نفر از خبرگان در حوزه مدیریت و در مرحله کمی شامل نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای نسبی است و تعداد نمونه نیز بر اساس فرمول کوکران 339 نفر است. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها، از ابزار پرسشنامه غیر ساختارمند، نیمه ساختارمند و ساختارمند استفاده‌شده است. برای بررسی اعتبار پرسشنامه‌ها از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده‌شده است. نرمال بودن داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف و برای تحلیل مسیر و بررسی برازش مدل از معادلات ساختاری با کاربرد (نرم‌افزار AMOS) و به‌منظور تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها، از نرم‌افزار Lisrel V8.80 استفاده‌شده[F1] است. یافته‌ها: وضعیت موجود مدیریت دانش و خلاقیت اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه‌های مجری آموزش از دور، در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارد و بین دو متغیر مدیریت دانش و خلاقیت در جامعه آماری همبستگی معنادار وجود دارد و درمجموع می‌توان با تسامح گفت مدل از برازندگی نسبتاً مناسبی برخوردار است. نتیجه‌گیری: مدیریت مؤثر دانش بستری فراهم می‌کند که در آن خلق، به اشتراک‌گذاری و کاربرد دانش در دانشگاه‌های مجری آموزش از دور نهادینه‌شده و زمینه برای ایجاد سازمانی با اعضاء خلاق و نوآور فراهم شود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aims: The present study aimed to Fitting and Path analysis knowledge management model and its role in the creativity of faculty members in universities implementing distance Education. Methods: The aim of this study is applied and the method is incorporated into the kind of quality and quantity. The study population included all faculty members at universities, education administrators from around the country that in 2901 people. Data collection from non-structured questionnaires, semi-structured and structured been used. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to check the validity of the questionnaire. Using Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality of the data and the analysis and evaluation of structural equation model (software AMOS) and to analyze the data, Lisrel and Spss software is used. Results: The aim of this study in terms of applied and the method is combination of quantitative-qualitative. The study population consists of all faculty members of distance education implementing universities around the country that counts to 2901 members. In the qualitative phase sampling purposive sampling method (non-probabilistic), including 12 experts in the field of management and quantitative sampling and sample according to cochran formula 339 people. To gather data, questionnaires unstructured, semi-structured and structured been used. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to check the validity of the questionnaire. Using Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality of the data and the analysis and evaluation of structural equation model (software AMOS) and for data analysis, software is used Lisrel v8.80. Conclusion: Effective management of knowledge provides the context in which the creation, sharing and application of knowledge in implementing distance education universities established And backgrounds to create an organization that provides creative and innovative members.
