عنوان فارسی امواج قلبی و عملکرد حافظه آینده‌نگر زمان‌محور دانشجویان دانشگاه کردستان در سال ۹۵-۱۳۹۴
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: عملکرد حافظه آینده‌نگر در زندگی روزمره بسیار حیاتی است. با توجه به رابطه بین فعالیت‌های شناختی و پارامترهای قلبی، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی امواج قلبی و عملکرد حافظه آینده‌نگر زمان‌محور در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه کردستان در سال 95-1394 انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی و جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه کردستان در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 بود. ابتدا تعدادی از دانشجویان دانشگاه کردستان برای شرکت در پژوهش، با شیوه نمونه‌گیری دردسترس فراخوان شدند و به آنها درباره اهداف و نحوه انجام پژوهش توضیحات لازم داده شد که از بین آنها 70 نفر از دانشجویان که تمایل به شرکت در پژوهش داشتند، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. با توجه به هدف پژوهش، پس از تحلیل نتایج اولیه، نتایج مربوط به 50 نفر (22 نفر با عملکرد حافظه آینده‌نگر زمان‌محور قوی و 28 نفر با عملکرد حافظه آینده‌نگر زمان‌محور ضعیف) از دانشجویان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. از ابزار کامپیوتری حافظه آینده‌نگر زمان‌محور و از دستگاه ProComp 2 Biofeedback System برای ثبت امواج قلبی استفاده شد. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین دو گروه با نمرات حافظه آینده‌نگر زمان‌محور قوی و ضعیف، از نظر امواج قلبی در باند (BVP IBI std. dev. (SDRR)) (انحراف استاندارد فواصل درونی ضربان) که در واقع میزان تغییرپذیری ضربان قلب را می‌سنجد، تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری وجود دارد (05/0 P<)؛ بدین معنا که افراد با حافظه آینده‌نگر زمان‌محور قوی از تغییرپذیری ضربان قلب بالاتری نسبت به افراد با حافظه آینده‌نگر زمان‌محور ضعیف برخوردار هستند. نتیجه‌گیری: این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد توجه به نتایج تغییرپذیری ضربان قلب در طول انجام تکلیف شناختی احتمالاً می‌تواند تفاوت‌های کیفی در عملکرد شناختی بین افراد را نشان دهد. این نتایج به‌گونه‌ای ارتباط دوطرفه بین عملکرد قلب و مغز را نشان می‌دهد. واژه‌های کلیدی: حافظه آینده‌نگر زمان محور، امواج قلبی، تغییرپذیری ضربان قلب، دانشجویان، کردستان

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: Prospective memory performance is vital in everyday life. And considering the relationship between cognitive activity and cardiac parameters, this study aimed to evaluate heart waves and the time-based prospective memory performance and was conducted among university students of Kurdistan in 2015-2016. Materials and Methods: This study was a descriptive study that its statistical population included all university students of Kurdistan in the 2015-2016 school year. To obtain a prototype, at first a number of university students of Kurdistan through convenience sampling and calling were given some necessary information in relation to attending the research and reseach purposes andconduction method; among them 70 students who wish to participate in the study were evaluated. According to the study, after analysis of the results, results of 50 students (22 with strong time-based prospective memory performance and 28 with poor time-based prospective memory performance) were selected and studied. Time-based prospective memory computer tools and ProComp 2 Biofeedback System device to record the heart waves were used. The obtained data was analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance. Results: The results showed significant differences between the two groups with strong and poor time-based prospective memory scores in heart waves in the band (BVP IBI std. Dev. (SDRR)) that in fact, measures heart rate variability at the level of (p< 0.05) This means that individuals with strong time-based prospective memory have a higher heart rate variability than those with poor time-based prospective memory. Conclusion: These findings show that attention to the results of heart rate variability during cognitive tasks can possibly show qualitative differences in cognitive function between individuals. So the results indicate a two-way communication between heart and brain function.
