عنوان فارسی بررسی رضایتمندی پرستاران از طرح تحول نظام سلامت در بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند در سال ۱۳۹۵
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده زمینه و هدف: مهم‌ترین ضامن موفقیت طرح تحول نظام سلامت، توجه به ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات سلامت از جمله پرستاران است. بررسی رضایتمندی می‌تواند به طراحان و عاملان اجرایی آن کمک کند تا نقاط قوت و ضعف آن را بهتر بشناسند و به بهبود آن اهتمام ورزند. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین رضایتمندی پرستاران از طرح تحول نظام سلامت در بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به‌صورت مقطعی بر روی 380 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در دو بیمارستان وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند در سال 1395 انجام شد. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسش‌نامه استاندارد رضایت شغلی Job Descriptive Index) JDI) بر مبنای طیف لیکرت استفاده گردید. داده‌ها با توجه به برخورداری از توزیع نرمال، توسط آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه، آزمون t مستقل و آزمون مقایسات چندگانه Tukey مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: میانگین رضایتمندی پرستاران با اکثریت 4/75 درصد در سطح متوسط قرار داشت. کمترین رضایتمندی در حیطه شرایط کار (9/4 درصد) و حقوق و مزایا (0/2 درصد) و بیشترین رضایتمندی در حیطه مسئول مستقیم و همکار (7/49 درصد) بود. رضایتمندی با سن ارتباط آماری معناداری نشان داد (001/0=P)؛ به‌طوری‌که رضایتمندی در پرستاران بالای 40 سال بیشتر از سایر گروه‌های سنی بود (001/0>P). نتیجه‌گیری: علی‌رغم اقدامات انجام‌شده پس از اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت جهت ارتقاء رضایتمندی پرستاران، هنوز رضایتمندی آنها در حد قابل‌قبول نیست. این مسئله می‌تواند در عملکرد و کیفیت کار پرستاران تأثیرگذار باشد که به نظر می‌رسد نیاز به تأمل و توجه بیشتر مسئولین دارد. واژه‌های کلیدی: پرستاران، طرح تحول نظام سلامت، رضایتمتدی، بیرجند

عنوان انگلیسی A survey on Nurses’ Satisfaction Concerning the Health System Reform Plan in Hospitals Affiliated to Birjand University of Medical Sciences in 2016
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: The main guarantee for success of the Health Reform Plan is to account for health service providers including the nurses. A survey of satisfaction can help designers and executives to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of the plan more profoundly and thus try to improve it. The purpose of this study was to determine nurses' satisfaction with the Health System Reform Plan in hospitals affiliated to Birjand University of Medical Sciences. Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, a total of 380 nurses were selected from two hospitals affiliated to Birjand University of Medical Sciences in 2016. To collect data, the demographic characteristics form and the standard Job Descriptive Index (JDI) (on the Likert scale) were used. The data were analyzed using independent t test, one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey's multiple comparisons test. Results: The mean satisfaction of the nurses was on a moderate level with a maximum percentage of 75.4%. The minimum referred to satisfaction with working circumstances (4.9%) and wage and benefits (2.0%), while the maximum satisfaction belonged to direct superordinates and colleagues (49.7%) domains. Satisfaction showed a significantly association with age (p=0.001); So that satisfaction in nurses above 40 years of age was greater than other age groups (p< 0.001). Conclusion: Despite the measures taken to enhance satisfaction via implementation of Health System Reform Plan, the nurses' satisfaction is not at an acceptable level. This can affect the performance and quality of nursing activities, which seems to require greater attention of officials.
