عنوان فارسی اثر عصاره آبی ـ الکلی بومادران (Achillea wilhelmsii) بر میزان ترشح اسید معده موش صحرایی تحت شرایط پایه، قطع و تحریک عصب واگ
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: بومادران، از تیره­ی کاسنی، گیاهی است که در سال­های اخیر اثرات ضداکسیدانی، ضدالتهابی، ضداسپاسم و ضدمیکروبی آن گزارش شده است، این گیاه در طب سنتی برای ناراحتی­های گوارشی کاربرد دارد ولی در مورد اثرات آن بر ترشح اسید معده تحقیقی صورت نگرفته است. مواد و روش­ها: 24 سر، موش صحرایی نژاد ویستار با وزن ( g 250-200)، به طور تصادفی به دو گروه دوازده­تایی کنترل و آزمون تقسیم شدند. پس از بیهوشی حیوانات با تیوپنتال سدیم ( 50mg/kg, ip )، تراکئوستومی، لاپاراتومی و گاسترودئودنوستومی انجام گردید. عصاره­ی بومادران در دوزهای mg/kg 2، 1، 5/0 (در حجم ml 1) تهیه و برای تهیه نمونه ترشح اسید معده از روش washout استفاده گردید و غلظت اسید آن به روش تیتراسیون با NaOH اندازه­گیری گردید. نتایج به صورت Mean ± SEM بیان و با استفاده از آزمون unpaired t-test بررسی شده و 05/0 p< معنی­دار تلقی گردید. نتایج: عصاره­ی بومادران در حالت پایه به طور معنی­داری و وابسته به دوز، ترشح اسید معده را مهار کرد. واگوتومی موجب حذف اثر مهاری عصاره بر ترشح اسید معده شد و دوز mg/kg 2 عصاره اثر تحریکی بر ترشح اسید نشان داد. اثر کاهشی عصاره بر ترشح اسید معده در وضعیت تحریک عصب واگ در مقایسه با گروه کنترل معنی دار نبود. نتیجه­گیری: نتایج نشان داد که عصاره بومادران اثر مهاری بر ترشح پایه اسید دارد. مقایسه اثر عصاره در دو وضعیت پایه و واگوتومی نشان می­دهد که این اثر از طریق مهار عمل واگ معدی صورت می­گیرد. عصاره قادر به مهار ترشح اسید تحریک شده نبود.

عنوان انگلیسی The effects of aqueous-ethanol extract of Achillea wilhelmsii on gastric acid secretion at basal, vagotomized and vagal-stimulated conditions
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: It has been shown that Achillea wilhelmsii, a plant used in traditional medicine to treat gastrointestinal disorders, has the antibacterial, antioxidant and antispasmodic effects. However, the effects of Achillea wilhelmsii on gastric acid secretion have not been detected yet. Materials and Methods: Twenty four male Wistar rats (200-250 g) were randomly divided into two groups (case and control). After anesthesia by sodium thiopental (50 mg/kg, ip) tracheostomy, laparatomy and gastrodeodenostomy were performed for each rat. Gastric secretions were collected through a tube inserted in the stomach and extended toward duodenum. Using the maceration method, different doses of the extract (0.5, 1, 2 mg/kg) were prepared in a volume of 1 ml. The same amount of normal saline was used in control group. Two samples of the gastric secretion were collected by 15 minute intervals. The total titrable acid was measured by a titrator. The data were analyzed using unpaired t-test and the results were reported with a significance level of 0.05. Results: The extract significantly inhibited the basal acid secretion in a dose-dependent manner. A concentration of 2 mg/kg of the extract showed a stimulatory effect on acid secretion. Vagotomy prevented the inhibitory effect of extract on gastric acid secretion. There was no difference between the effects of extract on control and stimulated vague group. Conclusion: The results indicated the inhibitory effect of extract on basal acid secretion. The comparison of extract effect on basal acid secretion at basal and vagotomized conditions showed that the inhibitory effect of the extract was mediated by the inhibition of gastric vagal activity. The extract could not inhibit the stimulated gastric acid secretion.
