عنوان فارسی بررسی محیط آموزشی دستیاران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران بر اساس پرسشنامه D-RECT در سال ۱۴۰۳
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: آموزش بالینی به عنوان قلب آموزش پزشکی، نقش اساسی در شکل‌دهی توانمندی‌های حرفه‌ای دانشجویان دارد و مستلزم ارزیابی مستمر و ارتقای کیفیت با توجه به استانداردهای مربوطه است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی محیط آموزشی دستیاران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران بر اساس پرسشنامه D-RECT، انجام پذیرفت.
مواد و روش ‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی، به بررسی محیط آموزشی دستیاران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران از اردیبهشت تا اسفند 1403می‌پردازد. جامعه آماری شامل 200 نفر از دستیاران است که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. از ابزار پرسش نامه D-RECT (Dutch Residency Educational Climate Test) استفاده شد. در نهایت تجزیه و تحلیل معنی‌داری متغیر های کیفی از آزمون معنی‌داری کای دو و برای تعیین معنی‌داری متغیرهای کمی از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد (0/05 P <).
یافته‌ها: در حیطه‌های مختلف آموزشی، نمرات به‌طور متوسط بین 7/94 تا 16/33 بود. همچنین، همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری بین همه حیطه‌ها وجود داشت. بالاترین همبستگی بین نقش استادان و آموزش رسمی بود. میانگین نمره کل پرسشنامه13/07±64/43 بود که به‌طور متوسط حدود 70 درصد حداکثر نمره قابل کسب پرسشنامه است که نشان ‌دهنده رضایت بالاتر از متوسط شرکت‌کنندگان از محیط آموزشی است. بالاترین ضریب همبستگی مربوط به همبستگی بین حیطه های نقش استادان و آموزش رسمی بود که ضریب همبستگی 0/670 نشان دهنده ارتباط مثبت معنی‌داری (0/001>P) این دو حیطه با هم است.
استنتاج: دستیاران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران از محیط آموزشی خود رضایت بیش از متوسط دارند. همبستگی مثبت بین حیطه‌های مختلف پرسشنامه، نشان‌دهنده ارتباط قوی بین آموزش رسمی، نقش استادان و سایر جنبه‌های محیط آموزشی است. ارزیابی مستمر می‌تواند به بهبود برنامه‌های آموزشی و ارتقای کیفیت محیط یادگیری کمک کند.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of the Educational Environment of Residents Using the D-RECT Questionnaire at Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, Iran, 2024-2025
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Clinical education, as the cornerstone of medical education, plays a fundamental role in shaping the professional competencies of students and necessitates ongoing evaluation and quality improvement in accordance with relevant standards.
Materials and methods: This descriptive-analytical study examines the educational environment of residents at Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in 2024-2025. The statistical population consisted of 200 residents selected through stratified random sampling. The inclusion criterion was completion of at least six months since beginning the residency program. Data collection tools comprised two parts: demographic information and a validated 23-item D-RECT questionnaire.
Results: Scores across different educational domains averaged between 7.94 and 16.33. Also, there was a significant positive correlation between all domains. The highest correlation was observed between the roles of instructors and formal education. The mean total questionnaire score was 13.07 ± 4.43, corresponding to approximately 70% of the maximum achievable score, indicating a high level of participant satisfaction with the educational environment. The highest correlation coefficient was observed between the domains of instructors’ roles and formal education, with a correlation coefficient of 0.670, indicating a strong relationship between these two domains.
Conclusion: Residents at Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences reported a high level of satisfaction with their educational environment. The positive correlations among the different questionnaire domains indicate a strong connection between formal education, instructors’ roles, and other aspects of the educational setting. Continual evaluation is essential for strengthening educational programs and enhancing the quality of the learning environment.
