رابطه هوش معنوی و بهزیستی روانشناختی در بین دانشجویان: نقش میانجی اخلاق حرفه ای |

زمینه: بهبود «بهزیستی روانشناختی» و « اخلاق حرفه ای» در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه ها، همواره مورد توجه محققان و مسئولان دانشگاه ها بوده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه هوش معنوی و بهزیستی روانشناختی با نقش میانجی اخلاق حرفه ای در بین دانشجویان می باشد.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت، توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان رشته ریاضی پردیس های شهید رجایی و علامه طباطبایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان ارومیه به تعداد 170 می باشد که با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 115 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردیدند. روش گردآوری داده‌ها میدانی و ابزارهای مورد استفاده پرسشنامه های استاندارد هوش معنوی، اخلاق حرفه ای و بهزیستی روانشناختی است. روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری حداقل مربعات جزئی (SEM) با استفاده از Smart PLS می‌باشد.
یافته‌ها: تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده نشان داد، هوش معنوی به میزان 81/0 با اخلاق حرفه ای و به میزان 40/0 با بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان رابطه دارد. اخلاق حرفه ای نیز به میزان 49/0 با بهزیستی روانشناختی رابطه دارد. همچنین هوش معنوی از طریق نقش میانجی اخلاق حرفه ای با بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان به میزان 48/0 رابطه معناداری دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج آماری، کلیه فرضیات تحقیق تأیید و این نتیجه کلی پژوهش حاصل گردید که اخلاق حرفه ای بین هوش معنوی و بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشجویان نقش میانجی را دارد. |

Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Psychological Well-Being among Students: Mediating Role of Professional Ethics |

Background: Improving "psychological well-being" and "professional ethics" among university students has always been of interest to researchers and university officials. The aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and psychological Well-Being with the Mediating Role of Professional Ethics among Students.
Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature. The statistical population of the study includes all mathematics students in Shahid Rajaee and Allameh Tabatabaee departments of Urmia University of Education, totaling 170, number 115 were selected as statistical samples by using the Morgan table through stratified random sampling method. The data collection method is fieldwork and the tools used are standard questionnaires on spiritual intelligence, professional ethics, and psychological well-being. The data analysis method is partial least squares structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS.
Results: Analysis of the collected data showed that spiritual intelligence is related to professional ethics by 0/81 and to students' psychological well-being by 0/40. Professional ethics is also related to psychological well-being by 0/49. Spiritual intelligence also has a significant relationship with students' psychological well-being by 0/48 through the mediating role of professional ethics.
Conclusion: According to the statistical results, all research hypotheses were confirmed and the general conclusion of the research was that professional ethics has a mediating role between the relationship between spiritual intelligence and students' psychological well-being.
