بررسی تأثیر یک برنامه آموزشی ترکیبی مبتنی بر فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار بر رفتار حرفه‌ای پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های سوختگی بیمارستان منتخب شهر اصفهان |

مقدمه: ایجاد فرهنگ مثبت ایمنی بیمار، گامی کلیدی جهت بهبود ایمنی بیمار در محیط‌های مراقبت‌های بهداشتی می‌باشد و یکی از عوامل بسیار مهم در فرهنگ ایمنی، رفتار حرفه‌ای پرستاران است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر یک برنامه آموزشی ترکیبی مبتنی بر فرهنگ ایمنی، بر رفتار حرفه‌ای پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های سوختگی بود.
روش‌ها: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، تأثیر برنامه آموزشی ترکیبی مبتنی بر فرهنگ ایمنی بر رفتار حرفه‌ای 44 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های بالینی فعال بیمارستان امام موسی کاظم (ع) شهر اصفهان در سال 1401 که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند، ارزیابی گردید. پس از تکمیل پرسش‌نامه‌ها، برنامه آموزشی مبتنی بر فرهنگ ایمنی برگزار و مجدد پرسش‌نامه‌ها دو هفته و دو ماه پس از اتمام برنامه توسط نمونه‌ها تکمیل شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون Repeated measures ANOVA در نرم‌افزار SPSS و سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره رفتار حرفه‌ای پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های سوختگی بیمارستان امام موسی کاظم (ع) قبل، دو هفته و دو ماه بعد از انجام مداخله به ترتیب 20/16 ± 93/103، 53/13 ± 00/117 و 48/10±68/117 به دست آمد. نتایج آزمون Repeated measures ANOVA نشان داد که میانگین رفتار حرفه‌ای در سه زمان قبل، دو هفته و دو ماه بعد از پایان مداخله تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت (05/0 > P).
نتیجه‌گیری: برنامه آموزشی ترکیبی مبتنی بر فرهنگ ایمنی بر نمره رفتار حرفه‌ای پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های سوختگی تأثیر داشت. پیشنهاد می‌شود این روش به عنوان رویکرد مؤثری برای بهبود رفتار حرفه‌ای پرستاران بخش‌های سوختگی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Investigating the Impact of a Blended Educational Program Based on Patient Safety Culture on the Professional Behavior of Nurses Working in the Burn Departments of Selected Hospitals in Isfahan City, Iran |

Background: Establishing a positive culture of patient safety is a vital step toward improving safety in healthcare settings and one of the most significant factors influencing safety culture is the professional behavior of nurses. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of a combined training program focused on safety culture on the professional behavior of nurses working in burn wards.
Methods: In this semi-experimental study, the impact of a combined educational program focused on safety culture on the professional behavior of nurses was investigated. A total of 44 nurses from active clinical departments of Imam Musa Kazim Hospital in Isfahan City, Iran, were selected for participation through random sampling in 2022. Following the completion of the initial questionnaires, the safety culture training program was conducted and the questionnaires were administered again 2 weeks and two months later to the participants. The data were analyzed using SPSS software, employing descriptive statistics, analysis of variance (ANOVA) with repeated measures, and a significance level set at 0.05.
Findings: In the present study, the average scores for the professional behavior of nurses working in the burn departments of Imam Musa Kazim Hospital in Isfahan City were as follows: before the intervention, the score was 103.93 ± 16.20, two weeks after the intervention, it was 117.00 ± 13.53, and two months after the intervention, it was 117.68 ± 10.48. Repeated measures ANOVA indicated that the average of professional behavior scores at the three time points ‒ before the intervention, two weeks after the intervention, and 2 months after the intervention ‒ showed a significant difference (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: This blended educational program, centered on safety culture, positively influenced the professional behavior scores of nurses working in burn departments. It is recommended that this method be implemented as an effective strategy to enhance professional behavior among nurses in burn wards. |
