عنوان فارسی شناسایی گیاهان دارویی_صنعتی پرکاربرد مراتع بیابانی و بررسی آگاهی جامعه محلی نسبت به آنها در شهرستان خواف، خراسان رضوی
چکیده فارسی مقاله گیاهان دارویی-صنعتی یکی از منابع ارزشمند در گسترۀ وسیع منابع­طبیعی ایران هستند که در صورت شناخت صحیح و بهره­برداری اصولی می­تواند، به­عنوان درآمد مکمل و نیز یک منبع غذایی نقش مهمی در رفاه و زندگی روزمره مردم محلی ایفا کنند. هدف از بررسی حاضر ارزیابی ظرفیت­های دارویی- صنعتی مراتع شهرستان خواف است. روش اصلی پژوهش حاضر مبتنی بر جستجوی اطلاعات به شیوه مستقیم و جمع­آوری داده­ها در قالب پرسشنامه از بهره­برداران بومی مراتع خواف بود. تعداد 45 پرسشنامه‌ با ضریب پایایی آلفای کرونباخ 77/0 تکمیل شد. برای بررسی همبستگی مولفه­های اجتماعی و میزان آگاهی و برنامه‌های آموزشی با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد آگاهی بهره‌برداران در خصوص گیاهان دارویی- صنعتی زیاد است 8/%47­. علاقۀ بهره‌برداران به شرکت در برنامه‌ها آموزشی متوسط 4/30% تا زیاد­0/%63 بود. نتایج نشان از وابستگی زیاد معیشت و درمان بهره­برداران از گیاهان دارویی و صنعتی مراتع دارد. گونه­های گیاهی شناسایی شده متعلق به 21 تیره است که بیشترین گونه­ها متعلق به خانواده نعناعیان 15/19% ­­­است. پراکنش گونه­های گیاهی مورد بررسی بیشتر در ارتفاعات کوه­ها ­9/48% است. بر اساس نتایج حاصله از اندام­های گیاهی، بیشترین استفاده را برگ گیاهان مورد بررسی دارند (4/57%). از بین گیاهان شناسایی شده، گونه­های کما (Ferula ovina Boiss.)، اسپند (Peganum harmala L.)، کاکوتی (Ziziphora persica Bunge.)، زیره­سیاه (Cuminum cyminum L.)، آویشن (Thymus vulgaris L.)، پونه (Mentha pulegium L.)، بنه (Pistacia atlantica Desf subsp. (cabulica (Stocks) Rech.f.))، اسطوخودوس (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) و ریواس (Rheum ribes L.) بیشترین استفاده را در مراتع شهرستان خواف بین بهره­برداران دارد. برای مدیریت و درآمدزایی گیاهان دارویی-صنعتی مراتع بیابانی خواف پیشنهاد می­شود، نهادهای تصمیم گیرنده حمایت و همکاری لازم با جوامع محلی در راستای توسعه رویشگاه گونه­های شاخص و فراهم­کردن زیرساخت­های اصولی برای درآمدزایی و بهره­برداری پایدار را به­عمل آورند.

عنوان انگلیسی Identification of Common Medicinal-Industrial Plants in Desert Rangelands and Examination of Local Community Awareness (Case Study: Khaf County, Khorasan Razavi Province)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Medicinal and industrial plants are valuable sources of Iran's natural resources, which can play an important role in the health of the society, employment and increase in exports if they are scientifically recognized and properly exploited. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the medicinal-industrial potential of the rangelands of Khaf County. The main method in this research was based on searching for information in a direct way and collecting data in the form of a local stockholder from Khaf rangelands. The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula. In this way, 45 questionnaires were designed. In order to investigate the correlation between social components and the level of awareness and educational programs, it was investigated using Spearman's correlation coefficient. The awareness of the users regarding the medicinal and industrial plants of the rangeland is high (47.8%) The level of interest of stockholders to participate in training programs was moderate (30.4%) to high (63.0%). The species identified in the rangelands of Khaf city belong to 21 families, and the most species belong to the Lamiaceae family (19.15%). In general, 47 plant species were identified in the study area. Among these species, Ferula ovina Boiss., Peganum harmala L., Ziziphora persica Bunge., Cuminum cyminum L., Thymus vulgaris L., Mentha pulegium L., Pistacia atlantica Desf subsp. (cabulica (Stocks) Rech.f., Lavandula angustifolia Mill. and Rheum ribes L. are the most widely used in Khaf rangeland among stockholders. In order to manage and generate income from medicinal and industrial plants in the Khaf desert rangelands, it is recommended that decision-making institutions provide the necessary support and cooperation with local communities to develop the habitats of key species and provide basic infrastructure for income generation and sustainable exploitation.
