عنوان فارسی طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های مدیران بیمارستان‌ها به روش مرور نظام‌مند
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر باهدف طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های مدیران بیمارستان‌ها انجام شد.روش کار: پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی - توسعه‌ای و از نظر روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی است که به شیوه فراترکیب سندلوسکی و باروسو (2008) انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه منابع علمی معتبر در حوزه پژوهش بوده که بین سال‌های 2008 تا 2023 برای منابع انگلیسی و 1384 تا 1402 برای منابع فارسی از پایگاه های داده معتبر داخلی و خارجی استخراج شدند. درمجموع 353 مقاله معتبر استخراج شدند که 157 مقاله به دلیل عنوان، 83 مقاله به دلیل چکیده، 15 مقاله به دلیل محتوا و 9 مقاله به دلیل ارزیابی کیفیت روش پژوهش با استفاده از برنامه مهارت‌های ارزیابی حیاتی کنار گذاشته شدند و درنهایت 89 منبع علمی مبنای تحلیل قرار گرفتند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای متن مقالات انجام شد و داده‌های استخراج شده با استفاده از ضریب کاپا کوهن مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند.نتایج: یافته‌ها منتج به شناسایی 84 کدباز و 9 مقوله فرعی شد که در سه دسته شایستگی‌های دانشی (دانش توسعه فردی، دانش و آگاهی حرفه‌ای، دانش فناورانه)، شایستگی‌های مهارتی (مهارت‌های تعاملی، مهارت‌های مدیریتی، جهت‌گیری استراتژیک، مهارت‌های تحولی)، و ویژگی‌ها (ویژگی‌های فردی و شخصیتی) طبقه‌بندی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع مدل ارائه شده در پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند به‌عنوان مبنایی برای توسعه شایستگی‌های مدیران بیمارستان‌های سطح کشور استفاده شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Designing a competency model for hospital managers using a meta-sentences approach
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: this research was conducted with the aim of designing a competency model for hospital managers.Methodology: This is applied- development research in which Sandelowski and Barroso's (2008) meta- synthesis qualitative research method is used. The statistical population of the research included all valid scientific sources in the field of research, which were extracted from reliable domestic and foreign databases between 2008 and 2023 for English sources and 1384 to 1402 for Persian sources. in total of 353 valid articles were extracted, 157 articles due to the title, 83 articles due to the abstract, 15 articles due to the content and 9 articles due to the quality assessment of the research method using the critical assessment skills program, were excluded from the research process And finally, 89 scientific sources were selected to carry out the meta- synthesis process. Data analysis was done using the content analysis of the text of the articles and the extracted data were confirmed using the Cohen's Kappa coefficient.Results: The findings led to the extraction of 84 open codes and the identification of 9 subcategories, which are divided and classified into three categories of knowledge competencies (personal development knowledge, professional knowledge and awareness, technological knowledge), skill competencies (interactive skills, management skills, direction strategic acquisition, transformational skills), and characteristics (individual and personality traits).Conclusion: In general, the model presented in this research can be used as a basis for developing the competencies of Iranian hospital managers.
