عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان مشارکت اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی در تعاونی‌های مسکن مهر و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در شهر مشهد در سال ۸۹-۱۳۸۸
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده مسأله‌ی تحقیق حاضر در پی این است که مشارکت اعضای تعاونی‌های مسکن مهر در سال 1388 در سطح شهر مشهد چقدر است و عوامل مؤثر بر آن کدامند؟ مباحث نظری در قالب چهار پارادایم جامعه‌شناختی واقعیت اجتماعی، تعریف اجتماعی، رفتار اجتماعی و پارادایم ترکیبی بیان شده است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش به صورت پیمایش با حجم نمونه‌ی 380 نفر با کمک فرمول کوکران از جامعه‌ی آماری 36330 نفر اعضای تعاونی مسکن مهر در شهر مشهد است. روش نمونه‌گیری و روش طبقه‌ای تصادفی است. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS در قالب بیان آماره‌های توصیفی و میانگین، میانه، انحراف معیار و ضرایب چولگی و کشیدگی و آزمون فرضیات با کمک آزمون‌های متناسب با هدف و سطح سنجش متغیرها و استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون و سرانجام تحلیل مسیر انجام گرفته است و تأثیر متغیرهای مستقل: عدم دسترسی منابع و ناتوانی اقتصادی، ارزیابی از حمایت‌های مالی و سیاسی دولت، کمبود وقت اضافه‌ی اعضا، اعتماد نسبت به مدیران، اطمینان به نتایج طرح، سنت‌گرایی، تقدیرگرایی، توجه به تبلیغات رسانه‌های جمعی، تحصیلات، آمادگی روانی، مسؤولیت‌پذیری، آگاهی، رضایت از مدیران، پایگاه اجتماعی، واقعی فرض کردن، خانه‌دار شدن، استفاده از رسانه‌های جمعی، از خودبیگانگی بر میزان مشارکت اعضا سنجیده شد و در نتیجه، آگاهی اعضا، استفاده از رسانه‌های جمعی و توجه به تبلیغات رسانه‌ها و اعتماد به مدیران، بیشترین تأثیر بر مشارکت اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی آنان را دارا بودند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The aim of this research is finding some answers to description of participation rate of housing cooperation members (Mehr) in 1388 at Mashhad city and Explication effective factors on it. Theoretical discussions have been illustrated based on four paradigms socialistic: social facts, social definition, social behavior, and complex paradigm. The research method of this investigation based on a survey with sample volume about 380 persons with the help of Cocran formula from statistical society about 36330 members of housing cooperation (Mehr) in Mashhad city. The method of sampling was based on random stratified method. The way of data Collection is information on questionnaires. The analysis of data have been implemented with SPSS application software in the frame of average descriptive statistics, Medium, Standard divergence, Kurosis and Skewness coefficients, hypothesis test with the help of appropriate tests to aim and variable assessment levels and using of regression analysis, finally path analysis. Then we assessed these categories and their independent variables such as: Economical disability and incapability to resources, assessment of financial and political supports of the government, lack of enough time for members, confidence to the managers, assuring to the resultant of the project, traditionalism, thankfulness, respect to the media advertisements, education level, mental preparation, responsibility, acknowledgement, satisfaction toward managers, social base, making in real housing, using mass media, alienation on the rate of cooperation members. In conclusion, member’s acknowledgement, using mass media and respecting to media advertisements and confidence to managers had the major and highest Impact on members cooperation.
