عنوان فارسی مطالعه دانه گرده در جنس Scutellaria L. از خانواده Lamiaceae در ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله دانه گرده در 17 گونه و زیرگونه از جنس L. Scutellaria با 2 زیرجنس Scutellaria (بخش‌های Scutellaria و Anaspis) و Apeltanthus (بخش Lupulinaria) در ایران توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی (SEM) و نوری (LM) مطالعه شد. دانه های گرده در گونه‌های این جنس سه شیاری (tricolpate) و دارای دو شکل مختلف oblate-spheroidal و prolate-spheroidal هستند. سطح دیواره جداکننده لومن‌ها (muri) از صاف تا سینوسی شکل تغییر می‌کند. از لحاظ تزئینات سطحی دو تیپ اصلی شامل: bireticulate-perforate در تمام گونه‌های زیر‌جنس Scutellaria در هر دو بخش Anaspis و Scutellaria و microreticulate در تمام گونه‌های زیر‌جنس Apeltanthus بخش Lupulinaria مشاهده شد. تزیینات سطح دانه گرده در دو زیر‌جنس تفاوت مشخصی را نشان می‌دهد و با آخرین طبقه‌بندی درون‌ جنسی در این جنس همخوان است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که تزیینات سطحی دانه گرده صفت تاکسونومیک مناسبی برای تقسیم‌بندی زیر‌جنس‌هاست.

عنوان انگلیسی A palynological study of Scutellaria L. (Lamiaceae) in Iran.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Pollen morphology of 17 taxa of the genus Scutellaria belonging to subgenera Scutellaria (sections Scutellaria and Anaspis) and Apeltanthus (section Lupulinaria) were examined by light and scanning electron microscopy (LM and SEM). The pollen grains of all Scutellaria species were tricolpate, their shapes were oblate-spheroidal or prolate-spheroidal. The lumina were separated by smooth or sinuate muri. Two types of exine ornamentation were recognized: bireticulate-perforate in all species in subgenus Scutellaria and microreticulate in all species of subgenus Apeltanthus. The results of this study showed that the exine ornamentation could be recognized as a useful taxonomic character for infra-generic classification of Scutellaria. This was in agreement with the latest taxonomic treatment of the genus, considering two subgenera for Scutellaria.
