عنوان فارسی نقد و بررسی دیدگاه دین‌شناختی مجتهد شبستری در کتاب «هرمنوتیک، کتاب و سنت»
چکیده فارسی مقاله مسئله این پژوهش نقد کتاب هرمنوتیک، کتاب و سنت مجتهد شبستری است. نقد دیدگاه‌های وی به روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به دو بخش تقسیم می‌شود: نقد پیش‌فرض‌های برون‌دینی او با نگاه کلی به مقوله دین و نقد آرای خاص درون‌دینی او به‌ویژه مرتبط با قرآن و سنت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که آرای مجتهد شبستری به سبب خوش‌بینی به نظرهای هرمنوتسین‌های غربی و درمقابل، بدبینی به جامعه سنتیِ دینی، توأم با دغدغه کشاندنِ دین به عرصه زندگی، شاذ و گاهی التقاطی به نظر می‌آید. در بخش نخست نقد مبنایی دیدگاه‌های او، نسبیت‌گرایی، محدود‌انگاری کارکردهای دین، عدم اعتقاد به فطری بودن دین، نگاه برون‌دینی او به مقوله‌های دینی را دچار چالش جدی می‌سازد. غیرمعرفت‌بخش خواندن گزاره‌های قرآن و اجتهادی دانستن تفسیر قرآن به قرآن و ظنی دانستن دلالت سنت از دیدگاه‌های خطاکارانه مجتهد شبستری در کتاب یادشده است که نقد مبنایی بر آن در این مقاله وارد شده است.

عنوان انگلیسی A Critical Study of the Theological View of Mujtahid Shabastari in the Book "Hermeneutics, the Book and the Tradition"
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The issue of the current research is the criticism of the book "Hermeneutics, Book and Tradition" by Mujtahid Shabastri. The criticism is presented into two parts and performed by descriptive-analytical method:1. Criticism of his extra-religious presuppositions with a general view of the category of religion and, 2. criticism of his specific intra-religious opinions, especially those related to the Qur'an and Sunnah. The findings of the research show that Mujtahid Shabestri's opinions seem as being rare, odd and sometimes eclectic due to his optimism towards the opinions of western hermeneutics and, on the contrary, his pessimism towards the traditional religious society, along with the concern of bringing religion into the realm of life. In the first part of the basic criticism of his views, relativism, limiting the functions of religion, lack of belief in the innateness of religion and his extra-religious view of religious categories are seriously exposed to objection. Viewing Qur'anic propositions as not giving knowledge, interpreting the Qur'an to the Qur'an as being ijtihad, and traditional signification as being conjectural, are among the erroneous views of Mujtahid Shabestri in the book mentioned.
