عنوان فارسی کاربست نظریه‌ی ارزیابانه‌ی نوئل کارول در نقد فیلم‌های داستانی (مطالعه‌ی موردی: نقد فیلم «قاتلان ماه گل»)
چکیده فارسی مقاله ارزیابی، یکی از مهم‌ترین ارکان نقد آثار هنری است. طوری که از سوی کارول ادعا شده است فرایند نقد بدون ارزیابی ناقص است و نباید فقط به توصیف و تفسیر اتکا کرد. در کتاب درباره‌ی نقد که توسط کارول نوشته شده است؛ به مهم‌ترین مباحثی پرداخته می‌شود که منتقد باید برای ارزیابی آثار هنری به آن‌ها توجه کند. در فرایند نقدی که کارول در نظر دارد؛ دیالکتیکی میان ارزش دستاوردی (وجوه عینی) و ارزش دریافتی (وجوه ذهنی) برقرار شده است و درنهایت معیارهای نهایی از همین طریق استخراج می‌شوند. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است تا ضمن مشخص ساختن مهم‌ترین ارکان نظریه‌ی کارول درباره‌ی نقد ارزیابانه، کاربست عملی آن‌ها در حوزه‌ی نقد فیلم داستانی نشان داده شود؛ بنابراین پس از ارتباطی که میان این مؤلفه‌ها و مابه‌ازاهای سینمایی برقرار شده، فرصتی برای نقد اصولی فیلم داستانی فراهم آمده است. بدین‌منظور مهم‌ترین ارکان نظریه‌ی کارول که قابل ارائه در حوزه‌ی نقد فیلم داستانی هستند، به‌کار گرفته شده و بعد مصادیق تئوریک آن‌ها در حوزه‌ی فیلم مطرح می‌شوند. به‌منظور رسیدن به یک کاربست مدون و دقیق، فیلم «قاتلان ماه گل» به‌عنوان نمونه‌ی موردی نقد شده است. پژوهش به روش توصیفی – تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و با اتکا به نظریه‌ی کارول انجام شده است. اصلی‌ترین مؤلفه‌هایی که از نظریه‌ی کارول برای نقد فیلم داستانی قابل‌ِاستنباط است: اول، ارزش دستاوردی است که با عنایت به تکنیک‌های سبکی و متنی و گرایش‌های خاص فیلم‌ساز در نوآوری‌های احتمالی موردِ‌ارزیابی قرار می‌گیرد که این مسئله درخصوص فیلم «قاتلان ماه گل» منوط به اشاره‌ی تاریخی فیلم‌ساز به تاریخِ ژانر وسترن است. مبحث دوم، به اسلوب‌های هنری مربوط است که ذیل بحث ژانر در سینما مصداق پیدا می‌کند. ازاین‌رو به‌دلیل هم‌پوشانی‌هایی که با مبحث سوم، یعنی روایت‌گری و شخصیت‌پردازی دارد، در یک مرحله تحلیل می‌شوند. نتایج این مبحث درخصوص فیلم «قاتلان ماه گل» نشان می‌دهد که برخی از ضعف‌های برخاسته از شخصیت‌پردازی و افکت‌های دراماتیک با بی‌توجهی به برخی خصلت‌های ژانریک، باعث ارزیابی منفی نسبت به فیلم شده است. چهارمین مبحث، ارزیابی اثر به‌واسطه نیت‌مندی فیلم‌ساز است که در این زمینه نیز فیلم‌ساز نتوانسته به برخی از اهداف خود نظیر نمایش استقلال سرخ‌پوستان و مؤثر واقع‌شدن برخی صحنه‌ها دست یابد. درمجموع طبق آنچه در نظریه‌ی کارول مشاهده می‌شود، پس از بررسی مهم‌ترین رئوس ارزیابی این نظریه، می‌توان ارزیابی کلی اثر را منفی دانست.

عنوان انگلیسی Application of Noel Carroll's evaluative theory in fiction film criticism (Case study: Criticism of the movie Killers of the flower Moon)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Evaluation is one of the most crucial pillars of art criticism. As Carroll asserts, the critique process is incomplete without evaluation and should not rely solely on description and interpretation. In his book "On Criticism," Carroll addresses the key issues that a critic must consider when evaluating artistic works. The critique process envisioned by Carroll establishes a dialectic between achievement value (objective aspects) and received value (subjective aspects), ultimately deriving the final criteria through this method. This research aims to identify the fundamental elements of Carroll's evaluative criticism theory and demonstrate their practical application in the realm of fiction film criticism. Consequently, after establishing a connection between these components and their cinematic counterparts, an opportunity for the systematic critique of fiction films is created. To this end, the essential elements of Carroll's theory applicable to fiction film criticism are employed, followed by the presentation of their theoretical instances in the context of film. Subsequently, to achieve a detailed and systematic application, the film Killers of the Flower Moon is critiqued as a case study. This research is conducted using a descriptive-analytical method, relying on library resources and Carroll's theory. The main components of Carroll's theory that can be inferred for fiction film criticism include: first, Success Value, which is evaluated concerning stylistic and textual techniques and the filmmaker's tendencies towards possible innovations. This issue, regarding Killers of the Flower Moon, pertains to the filmmaker's historical reference to the Western genre. The second topic concerns artistic techniques, which find relevance under the discussion of genre in cinema. Due to overlaps with the third topic—narrative and characterization—they are analyzed together. The results concerning Killers of the Flower Moon indicate that some weaknesses arising from characterization and dramatic effects, combined with neglect of certain genre-specific traits, lead to a negative evaluation of the film. The fourth topic is the evaluation of the work based on the filmmaker's intentionality, where the filmmaker also fails to achieve some of his objectives, such as depicting Native American independence and making certain scenes impactful. Overall, according to Carroll's theory, after examining the main evaluation points, the film's overall evaluation can be considered negative.
