چکیده
مقدمه: با توجه به شیوع تب دنگی در چند استان کشور و عوارض خطرناک آن و احتمال بروز آن در سایر استان ها، با افزایش مسافرت به استان های شمالی به دلیل تعطیلات تابستانی و نزدیک شدن به ایام اربعین حسینی و تردد اتباع کشورهای پاکستان و افغانستان به منظور مسافرت به کشور عراق و از سویی وجود پشه آئدس در برخی استان های کشور، آشنایی با تب دنگی ضرورت می یابد.
هدف: هدف از این مقاله، آشنایی با بیماری تب دنگی و عوارض آن برای گروه های پزشکی می باشد.
مواد و روش ها: مقاله حاضر یک مقاله مروری بوده که از جست و جوی اینترنتی در سایت های WHO، CDC، Sid ، PubMed ،Google Scholar و منابع کتابخانه ای در سال 2024 جمع آوری شده است.
یافته ها: از آنجایی که تب دنگی توسط سازمان بهداشت جهانی یک فوریت معرفی شده و با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، در این مقاله به آشنایی با تب دنگی، علایم بالینی، عامل، ناقل، تشخیص، اپیدمیولوژی بیماری در جهان و ایران، مخزن بیماری، دوره نهفتگی، نحوه انتقال، گروه های در معرض خطر، پیشگیری و کنترل، مدیریت بیماران، مدیریت تماس ها و محیط و ملاحظات ویژه ی این بیماری پرداخته شده است.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به روش انتقال تب دنگی، مناسب بودن نسبی آب و هوای کشور برای انتشار پشه ی ناقل بیماری، افزایش مسافرت به مناطق شایع بیماری، نیاز به پیشگیری و آموزش مناسب در زمینه شناخت بیماری برای جلوگیری از انتشار آن در کشور ضروری است. |

Abstract
Introduction: due to the spread of dengue fever in several provinces of the country and its dangerous complications and the possibility of its occurrence in other provinces, with the increase in travel to the northern provinces due to the summer holidays and the approaching days of Arbaeen Hosseini and the movement of nationals of Pakistan and Afghanistan In order to travel to Iraq and on the one hand, the presence of Aedes mosquito in some provinces of the country, it is necessary to know about dengue fever.
Purpose: The purpose of this article is to familiarize medical groups with dengue fever and its complications.
Materials and Methods: This article is a review article that is based on internet search on the sitesWHO,CDC,Sid,PubMed,Google ScholarAnd library resources have been collected in 2024.
Findings: Since dengue fever has been introduced as an emergency by the World Health Organization and considering the importance of the issue, in this article we will introduce dengue fever, clinical symptoms, agent, vector, diagnosis, epidemiology of the disease in the world and Iran, the repository of the disease. , incubation period, mode of transmission, groups at risk, prevention and control, management of patients, management of contacts and environment and special considerations of this disease have been discussed.
Discussion and conclusion: Considering the method of transmission of dengue fever, the relative suitability of the country's climate for the spread of the disease-carrying mosquito, the increase in travel to disease-prone areas, the need for prevention and proper training in the field of disease recognition to prevent its spread in The country is essential.
