عنوان فارسی نقد و بررسی ملاک‌ ثبوتی اختیار از دیدگاه علامه طباطبایی
چکیده فارسی مقاله اختیار از مهم‌ترین مسائل فلسفه فعل است که نتایج آن تأثیر بسزایی در علوم اخلاقی و تربیتی دارد. یکی از پرسش‌های اساسی در این بحث، ملاک ثبوتی اختیار از دیدگاه علامه طباطبایی است؛ اما تبیین‌های مختلفی از دیدگاه ایشان در این خصوص ارائه شده است. بدون بحث از ملاک ثبوتی اختیار، بحث از وجود داشتن یا نداشتن آن، به نتیجه‌‌ نمی‌رسد. در این تحقیق، با روش گردآوری کتابخانه‌ای و با تحلیل عقلی ـ فلسفی، مسئله ملاک ثبوتی اختیار از دیدگاه علامه طباطبایی بررسی شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که ملاک ثبوتی اختیار در نگاه علامه این است که فاعل با وجود اینکه بر دو طرف فعل و ترک، قدرت دارد، خودش به فعل، ضرورت و وجود می‌بخشد. بنابراین معنای اختیار داشتن فاعل یک فعل، این است که کننده کار بدون اینکه مقهور فاعل دیگری باشد، خودش، تعیّن‌بخش و ضرورت‌بخش فعل می‌باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی A Critical Study of The Positive Criterion of Discretion As Viewed by Allameh Tabataba`i (RA)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Free will is one of the most important issues of the philosophy of action, whose results have a significant impact on moral and educational sciences. One of the basic questions in this debate, which Allameh Tabataba`i has also discussed, is the criterion for reasonability of authority. Different explanations, however, of his point of view have been presented in this regard. Without discussing the evidence of authority, on may not present any discussion in the field. In this research, with the method of library collection and rational-philosophical analysis, the issue has been investigated from the point of view of Allameh Tabatabai. The findings of the research indicate that the proof of agency in Allameh's view is that the agent, despite having power over both sides of doing and leaving, gives necessity and existence to the action itself. Therefore, the meaning of agent`s state of being free in doing and leaving is that the doer is the determiner and necessity of the action without being under the obligating influence of another agent.
