اثربخشی آموزش برنامه بخشایش‌گری بر کاهش تنیدگی مادران دارای فرزند با لکنت زبان |

چکیده زمینه و هدف: لکنت زبان یکی از رایج ترین اختلالات گویایی است. والدین دارای فرزند با لکنت زبان اغلب نگران وا کنش های جامعه، بستگان و نزدیکان هستند. درنتیجه، با تنیدگی و اضطراب بیشتری روبه رو هستند. این وضعیت منبع افزایش تنیدگی بوده و بر سلامت روانی آنها تأثیر می گذارد. بنابراین، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر آموزش برنامه بخشایش گری بر کاهش تنیدگی مادران دارای فرزند با لکنت زبان بود. روش: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه آزمایشی و گواه انجام گرفت. جامعه ی آماری مطالعه ی حاضر، شامل مادران دارای فرزند با لکنت زبان شهر کرج در سال 1401 - 1400 بود. 30 نفر از افراد واجد شرایط به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه گواه ) 15 نفر ( و آزمایشی ) 15 نفر ( جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایشی 13 جلسه برنامه بخشایش گری را به صورت گروهی دریافت نمودند و گروه گواه، مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. در این پژوهش، برای جمع آوری داده ها، از پرسشنامه تنیدگی والدینی آبیدین ) 1983 ( استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده های پژوهش از تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیره و چندمتغیره استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج داده های پژوهش نشان داد که برنامه بخشایش گری در کاهش آشفتگی والدینی، تعامل نا کارآمد والد-کودک، ویژگی های فرزند مشکل آفرین و نمره کلی تنیدگی مؤثر است ) 001/ .)p>0 نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که تنیدگی، آشفتگی والدینی، تعامل نا کارآمد بین والد-کودک و ویژگی های فرزند مشکل آفرین مادران دارای فرزند با لکنت زبان در گروهی که برنامه بخشایش گری را دریافت کرده بودند، به صورت معناداری پایین تر از گروهی بودند که برنامه بخشایش گری را دریافت نکرده بودند. |

Abstract Background and Purpose: Stuttering is one of the most common speech disorders. Parents with children who stutter are often worried about the reactions of society, relatives and friends. As a result, they face more stress and anxiety. This situation is a source of increased tension and affects their mental health. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to determine the effect of the nursing program on reducing the stress of mothers with children who stutter. Method: Method: This research was conducted as a semi-experimental type with a pre-test and post-test design with experimental and control groups.The statistical population of the present study included mothers with stuttering children in Karaj in 1400-1401. 30 qualified people were selected by purposive sampling and were randomly replaced in the control group (15 people) and the experimental group (15 people). The experimental group received 12 sessions of the remission program as a group, and the control group did not receive any intervention. In this research, Abidin's parental stress questionnaire (1983) and Pianta's parent-child relationship scale (1992) were used to collect data. Univariate and multivariate covariance analysis were used to analyze the research data. Results: The results of the research data showed that the forgiveness program is effective in reducing parental confusion, ineffective parent-child interaction, problematic child characteristics and overall stress score (p< 0.001). Conclusion: The results of the analysis showed that stress, parental confusion, dysfunctional parent-child interaction, and problematic child characteristics of mothers with children with stuttering in the group that received the forgiveness program were significantly lower than in the group There were those who had not received the amnesty program. |
