عنوان فارسی تأثیر ویژگی آندروژنیک مدیران و نقش تعدیلی حاکمیت شرکتی بر عملکرد شرکت
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر ویژگی آندروژنیک مدیران بر عملکرد واحدهای تجاری و نقش تعدیلی حاکمیت شرکتی در این رابطه است. ویژگی آندروژنیک به عنوان متغیر مستقل به‌وسیله شاخص هورمون تستوسترون اندازه­گیری شد. به کمک جستجوگر Google Images، عکس مدیر عامل شرکت‌ها دریافت شد و نسبت WHR هر مدیر، با استفاده از نرم افزار Image J تعیین گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران و نمونه آماری شامل 66 شرکت (594 سال- شرکت) در بازه زمانی 1389 الی 1397 است. به منظور بررسی تأثیر متغیرها از روش معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و نرم­افزار Smart PLS استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که در شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، ویژگی آندروژنیک و حاکمیت شرکتی بر عملکرد واحدهای تجاری، به ترتیب، تأثیر مثبت و منفی معناداری دارند. افزون بر این، در پژوهش حاضر، حاکمیت شرکتی تأثیر تعدیل‌کنندگی منفی معناداری بر رابطه ویژگی آندروژنیک و عملکرد شرکت دارد. هم‌چنین، از دو مؤلفه حاکمیت شرکتی، مؤلفه ترکیب سهامداران بر این رابطه بدون تأثیر است و ترکیب هیأت‌مدیره دارای تأثیر تعدیل‌کنندگی منفی معناداری بر این رابطه است. هر اندازه مدیران از خودشیفتگی و اعتماد‌ به‌نفس بالاتری برخوردار باشند، می‌توانند برای به‌دست آوردن پاداش و تأیید ذی‌نفعان، عملکرد مطلوب‌تری را برای واحدهای تجاری رقم بزنند. حاکمیت شرکتی با تأثیر منفی بر عملکرد شرکت­ها و تعدیل­ این رابطه، سعی می‌کند عملکرد و هم‌چنین ابعاد ویژگی آندروژنیک مدیران را کنترل کند.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effect of Anderogenic Characteristics and Moderating Role of the Corporate Governance on the Performance of the Firm
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The major objective of this study is to specifically investigate the effect of CEOs’ androgenic on the business unit's performance, and explore the moderating role of the corporate governance in this regard. Androgenic characteristic was used as the independent variable and was measured with testosterone hormone index. Photos of the CEOs were obtained via Google Images searcher and the WHR ratio of each manager was determined by using Image J software. Statistical population of the research is consist of all companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE), and the statistical sample consists of 66 firms (594 year-firms) from 2010 to 2018. Structural equation method (SEM) and Smart PLS software were used to test the effects of variables. The findings showed that in the studied firms, androgenic characteristic and corporate governance have a significant positive and negative effect on the business unit’s performance, respectively. In addition, corporate governance has a significant and negative moderating effect on the relationship between androgenic characteristics and business unit’s performance. Also from two components of the corporate governance, the combination of shareholders, does not have any effect and combination of the board has a significant and negative moderating effect on the relationship. Whatever managers have a higher degree of narcissism and self-confidence, they are able to obtain reward and confirmation of the stakeholders for better business unit’s performance. Corporate governance, with a negative effect on the firm’s performance and modifying this relationship, tries to control the performance and dimensions of the managers' androgenic characteristics.
