اثر سویه های مختلف باکتري سودوموناس فلورسنس بر برخی شاخص های جوانه زنی و رشد گياهچه برنج رقم خزر و توده بومی هاشمی |

بهandshy;منظور مطالعه اثر سویهandshy;های مختلف باکتری سودوموناس فلورسنس بر جوانهandshy;زنی و رشد گياهچه برنج رقم خزر و توده بومی هاشمی، آزمایشی در دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه گیلان بهandshy;صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تکرار بهandshy;اجرا درآمد. در اين آزمایش بذرهای برنج رقم خزر و توده بومی هاشمی با سویهandshy;های 136، 103، 93، 177، 169، 168 و 4 باکتری سودوموناس فلورسنس تلقیح شدند.تیمار بدون تلقیح با باکتری بهandshy;عنوان شاهد در نظر گرفته شد. صفات مورد بررسی عبارت بودند از: طول ساقهandshy;چه و ریشهandshy;چه، وزن تر ساقهandshy;چـه و ریشهandshy;چه، andshy;وزن خشک ساقـهandshy;چـه و ریشهandshy;چه، ضریب آلومتریک، درصــد جوانهandshy;زنی، سرعت جوانهandshy;زنی و شاخص بنیه. نتایج نشان داد که تلقیح بذر با سویهandshy;های 168 و 136 سبب بیشترین افزایش بر وزن خشک ساقهandshy;چه، درصد جوانهandshy;زنی، سرعت جوانهandshy;زنی و شاخص بنیه شدند و کمترین مقدار این صفات بهandshy;ترتیب مربوط بهandshy;تیمار تلقیح بذر با سویهandshy;های 83، 103 و 4و تیمار شاهد بود. بهandshy;طور کلی مشخص شد سویهandshy;های مختلف باکتری سودوموناس فلورسنس سبب بهبود جوانهandshy;زنی بذر برنج شدند که از میان این سویهandshy;ها، سویه 168 از اثر افزاینده رشد بیشتری برخوردار بود. |

Effect of Pseudomonas fluorescens various strains on some germination indices and seedling growth of rice (Oryza sativa L.) Khazar cultivar and Hashemi landrace |

In order to study the effect of Pseudomonas fluorescensvarious strains on germination and seedling growth of Khazar cultivar and Hashemi landrace, an experiment was arranged in a factorial experiment based on completely randomized design with three replications in laboratory of agriculture college of university of Guilan. In this experiment, rice seeds of Khazar cultivar and Hashemi landrace inoculated with strains 168, 93, 177, 136, 103, 169, 4. No inoculation treatment considered as control. Investigated characteristics were included radicle and shoot length, radicle wet weight, plumule wet weight, radicle dry weight, shoot dry weight, allometric coefficient, germination percentage, and germination speed and vigor index. Results showed seed inoculation with P.fluorescents strain 136 andP. fluorescents strain 168had the effect maximum on shoot dry weight, germination percentage, and germination speed and vigor index. Meanwhile, the minimum of these characteristics was related to seed inoculation with strains 83, 103, 4 and control; respectively. At the end of experiment, it was found thatPseudomonas fluorescensvarious strains improved rice seed germination that meanwhile strain 168 was better than the rest. |
