عنوان فارسی بررسی رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی در طرح‌های تحقیقاتی حیوانات آزمایشگاهی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی هرمزگان طی سال‌های ۱۳۹۷-۱۴۰۰: یک گزارش کوتاه
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: استفاده از معیارها و چارچوب­های اخلاقی در تمامی پژوهش‌ها از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. لذا هدف این مطالعه تعیین میزان رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی در طرح­های تحقیقاتی حیوانات آزمایشگاهی بود. مواد و روش­ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی، تعداد 40 پروپوزال تحقیقاتی مربوط به حیوانات آزمایشگاهی بین سال­های 1397-1400 دانشگاه علوم پزشکی هرمزگان جمع­آوری و با استفاده از فرم نظارت بر حیوانات آزمایشگاهی، رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی در آن‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج به صورت تعداد و درصد گزارش شده است. یافته‌ها: در 38 پروپوزال (95 درصد)، رفاه حیوانات در نظر گرفته شده بود. علاوه بر این، ملاحظات مربوط به ایمنی حیوانات و سلامتی حیوانات، اقدامات غیرجراحی و غیرتهاجمی، اقدامات بیهوشی و بی­دردی، اقدامات جراحی و تهاجمی در 39 پروپوزال (5/97 درصد) رعایت شده بود. نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد، در طرح‌های تحقیقاتی اصول اخلاقی کار با حیوان نیازمند توجه بیشتری است. واژه‌های کلیدی: حیوانات آزمایشگاهی، مدل ­حیوانی، اخلاق، رفاه حیوانات

عنوان انگلیسی Survey of Compliance with Ethical Considerations in Laboratory Animal Research Projects in Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences during 2018-2021: A Short Report
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: The use of criteria and ethical frameworks is critical in all research projects.  Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the ethical considerations in laboratory animal research projects. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 40 research proposals related to laboratory animals in Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences were collected during the years 2018-2021 and then, their compliance with ethical considerations was examined using the monitoring form of laboratory animals. The results were reported as numbers and percentages. Results: The results indicated that animal welfare was considered in 38 proposals (95%). In addition, animal safety and health considerations, non-surgical and non-invasive interventions, anesthesia and analgesia measures, and surgical and invasive interventions were mentioned in 39 proposals (97.5%). Conclusion: It seems that more attention to ethical principles is needed in working with animals in research projects.
