عنوان فارسی تحلیل محتوای سخنرانی‌های نوروزی مقام معظم رهبری در سال‌های ۱۳۹۲- ۱۴۰۰
چکیده فارسی مقاله سخنرانی‌های نوروزی رهبر معظم انقلاب به‌ منزله ترسیم خطوط برنامه‌های یک‌ساله کشور در راستای سیاستگذاری‌های بلندمدت و اهداف کلان نظام محسوب می‌شود. از این‌رو توجه به این بیانات و تحلیل علمی آنها برای شناسایی مشکلات و ارائه راهکارهای عملی جهت فائق آمدن بر آنها، ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. هدف نوشتار حاضر تحلیل محتوای سخنرانی‌های رهبر معظم انقلاب بین سال‌های 1392-1400 و پاسخ به این پرسش اصلی است که مقام معظم رهبری در سخنرانی‌های آغاز هر سال بر چه محورها و مقوله‌هایی تمرکز و تاکید کرده‌اند، شرایط زمانی حاکم بر این تأکیدات و همچنین راهکارهای برون‌رفت از مشکلات و معضلات مورد اشاره چیست؟ و همچنین در بازه‌های زمانی اجرایی شدن برجام و دوره پسابرجام بر کدام مؤلفه‌ها بیشتر تأکید شده است؟ روش مورد استفاده پژوهش تحلیل محتوای کمی و کیفی است. در این روش محورهای اساسی نهفته در متن، ارتباط بین مقولات و همچنین شرایط زمانی یا به عبارتی مدل مفهومی هر سخنرانی استخراج گردیده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد در بازه پنج سال موردنظر، محور اصلی مباحث رهبری در سخنرانی آغازین هر سال مسائل اقتصادی بوده است و رهبر معظم انقلاب همواره بر موضوع اقتصاد و به‌طور خاص رویکرد «اقتصادمقاومتی» تأکید کرده‌اند. همچنین مقام معظم رهبری در کنار اقتصادمقاومتی بر مسأله اصلی سیاست خارجی ایران، یعنی برجام و ضرورت دشمن‌شناسی بویژه درخصوص نحوه تعامل با آمریکا و اروپا تاکید کرده‌اند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The Nowruz speeches of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution are considered as drawing the lines of the country's one-year plans in line with long-term policies and macro-goals of the system. Therefore, paying attention to these statements and their scientific analysis to identify problems and provide practical solutions to overcome them, it seems necessary. The purpose of this article is to analyze the content of the speeches of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution between 2016- 2020 and to answer the main question of what axes and categories the Supreme Leader has focused and emphasized in his speeches at the beginning of each year. What are the problems and difficulties mentioned? The research method used is quantitative and qualitative content analysis. In this method, the basic axes hidden in the text, the relationship between the categories as well as the time conditions or in other words, the conceptual model of each lecture have been extracted. The research findings show that during the five years in question, the main focus of leadership discussions in the opening speech of each year was economic issues and the Supreme Leader of the Revolution has always emphasized the issue of economics and in particular the "resistance economy" approach. In addition to the resistance economy, the Supreme Leader also stressed the main issue of Iran's foreign policy, namely Borjam, and the need for hostility, especially regarding how to interact with the United States and Europe.
