عنوان فارسی واکاوی تلازم عدالت و سیاست در اندیشه فقهی سیاسی حضرت آیه الله خامنه ای
چکیده فارسی مقاله سیاست و نظام سیاسی برترین موقعیت را جهت تحقق عدالت برای نیل به آرمانهای والای انسانی دارند. اهمیت این موضوع تا به آنجاست که تحقق عدالت در ابعاد مختلف از طریق سیاست عدل و عدالت و حاکمان آن امکان پذیر است. با توجه به این مسأله، هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی و شناسائی ظرفیت های موجود در نسبت میان سیاست و عدالت در اندیشه فقهی سیاسی حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای (مدظله) با روش توصیفی تحلیلی است و در راستای هدف پژوهش نقش سیاست درتحقق عدالت اجتماعی، الزامات سیاسی عدالت، سیاست و موانع تحقق عدالت و گزاره های بیانگر رابطه عدالت و سیاست مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. نتایج نشان داد در اندیشه فقهی سیاسی حضرت آیت الله خامنه ای عدالت از موقعیت ممتازی برخودار می باشد به طوری که یکی از مبانی اساسی فقه سیاسی ایشان و جوهره فضایل و به مثابه راهبردی جهت نیل به اهداف عالی انسانی و معیار است. به عنوان مهم ترین بعد خلیفه الهی انسان، سیاست یا مسئولیت سرنوشت جمعی خویش است که در ذیل آن، تحقق و استمرار عدالت جلوه می‌نمایاند. عدالت از طریق نظام سیاسی واقعی یعنی نظام مبتنی بر قوانین الهی و از طریق اصولی مانند قانون عادلانه، اجرا، نظارت، مشارکت عمومی و توازن اجتماعی تحقق می‌یابد.

عنوان انگلیسی Analysis of the Accompaniment of Justice and Politics in Imam Khamenei's Political Jurisprudential Thought
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Politics and the political system have the best opportunity to fulfil justice in achieving lofty human ideals. Therefore, complete justice in various dimensions is possible through the policy of justice and its rulers. With the descriptive-analytical method, the present study aimed to analyze and identify the existing relationships between politics and justice in Imam Khamenei's political jurisprudential thought. To this aim, investigated the role of politics in the fulfillment of social justice, political requirements of justice, politics, and obstacles to the realization of justice, and statements expressing the relationship between justice and politics. The results indicated that in Imam Khamenei's political jurisprudential thought, justice has a privileged position. So, it is the basic principles of his political jurisprudence, the essence of virtue, and a strategy to achieve high human goals and standards. As the most crucial dimension of the divine caliph of humans, politics or responsibility of his collective destiny caused the manifestation of justice realization and continuation. Justice is achieved through an open political system, that is, a system based on divine laws, and through principles such as just law, enforcement, oversight, public participation, and social balance.
