عنوان فارسی روش‌شناسی سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران (سیاست دشمنی با ظالم و حمایت از مظلوم)
چکیده فارسی مقاله نگاهی تحلیلی به سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران نشان می‌دهد که راهبردها و سیاست‌های آن در نظام جهانی و محیط پیرامون، روش‌مند است. برای به تصویر کشیدن این موضوع در این پژوهش سعی می‌شود سیاست «دشمنی با ظالم و حمایت از مظلوم» روش‌شناسی شود. اهمیت این مسئله در این است که اغلب راهبرد مذکور در قالب مطالعات نظری و فرانظری به دلیل برچسب غیر علمی بودن (نگرش غربی) مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است. لذا این دغدغه مطرح است که روش‌های شناخت سیاست «دشمنی با ظالم و حمایت از مظلوم» در سیاست خارجی ج.ا.ایران چگونه قابل تجزیه و تحلیل‌اند؟نویسندگان با استفاده از روش استقرایی و رویکرد تحلیلی این فرض نوآورانه را مطرح می‌کنند که چهار سازه و منبع دین، تاریخ، فقه و آتیه نگری مهدوی، سیاست دشمنی با ظالم و حمایت از مظلوم را روش‌مند می‌کند. سازه دین، بواسطه روش‌های «تولی و تبری»، «قاعده نفی سبیل» و «جهاد»، مرز بین مظلوم و ظالم و نحوه رفتار با هریک، در سیاست خارجی را مشخص می‌کند. سازه تاریخ بواسطه نتایج معنوی و مادی روش‌های «باورمند شدن فرهنگ عاشورا»، «روحیه ایثار» و «نفی سلطه‌گری و سلطه‌پذیری» و «حفظ استقلال» حمایت از مظلوم و دشمنی با ظالم را در دستور کار سیاست خارجی قرار می‌دهد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: An analytical look at the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran shows that its strategies and policies in the world system and the surrounding environment are methodical. In order to portray this issue, this study tries to methodize the policy of "enmity with the oppressor and support for the oppressed".Necessity and Question: The importance of this issue is that most of the mentioned strategy has not been studied in the form of theoretical and transtheoretical studies due to the label of being unscientific (Western attitude). Therefore, the concern is how the methods of recognizing the policy of "hostility to the oppressor and support for the oppressed" in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran can be analyzed?Hypothesis and Method: The authors use the inductive method and analytical approach to introduce the innovative hypothesis that the four sources of religion, history, jurisprudence and futurism of Mahdavi, the policy of hostility to the oppressor and support for the oppressed.Findings: The structure of religion, through the methods of " Tawalla and Tabarra", Principle of "No way" and "jihad", the border between the oppressed and the oppressor in foreign policy. Due to its spiritual and material results, the source of history puts the methods of "believing in the culture of Ashura", "the spirit of self-sacrifice", "denying hegemony" and "maintaining independence" on supporting the oppressed and hostility to the oppressor on the foreign policy agenda.
