عنوان فارسی ارزیابی عملکرد جنسی در سوء مصرف کنندگان مواد تحت درمان با متادون وبوپرنورفین در سال ۱۴۰۰
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: مشکلات  عملکرد جنسی از عوارض شایع درمان نگهدارنده متادون  و بوپرنورفین   است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد جنسی مردان معتاد  تحت درمان نگهدارنده  با متادون و بوپرنورفین انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه مقطعی حاضر 30 مرد تحت درمان نگهدارنده‌ی متادون (15 نفر) و بوپرنورفین (15 نفر) در مراکز ترک اعتیاد کاشان وارد مطالعه شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه وضعیت جنسی گلومبوک -راست استفاده شد. داده­های جمع­آوری شده از طریق نرم­افزار SPSS نسخه 22 و با استفاده از آزمون­های دقیق فیشر، تی مستقل و رگرسیون خطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره کل وضعیت عملکرد جنسی بین دو گروه متادون (58/13 ± 40/38) و بوپرنورفین (56/14 ± 33/38) تفاوت معناداری نداشت (733/0p=). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد در هر دو گروه وضعیت عملکرد جنسی، در سطح نامطلوب بوده است و لذا توصیه می‎شود مطالعات آتی به ارائه راهکارهایی جهت بهبود عملکرد و رضایت جنسی در بیماران تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون و بوپرنورفین متمرکز شوند.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of sexual performance in male drug abusers under treatment with methadone and buprenorphine in 2021.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Sexual dysfunction is a common complication of methadone maintenance therapy (MMT) and buprenorphine maintenance therapy (BMT). The aim of this study was to evaluate sexual function in addicted men under treatment with methadone buprenorphine. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 30 men undergoing methadone and buprenorphine maintenance treatment in Kashan addiction treatment centers were included. Demographic characteristics and sexual status of Golombok Rust Inventory of Marital State were used to collect data. The data were then analyzed by SPSS software version 22 Results: The two groups under methadone and buprenorphine maintenance treatment were similar in terms of socioeconomic status, age, and employment status, but had significant differences in the history of addiction (p < 0.05) and duration of addiction in the buprenorphine group. (7.33) was less than the methadone group (12.27). The mean total score of sexual satisfaction in the two groups of methadone and buprenorphine (38.40 and 38.33, respectively) was not significantly different (p> 0.05). The dimensions of the sexual status questionnaire including impotence, premature ejaculation, non-sensuality, avoidance, dissatisfaction, and infrequency of non-communication were not significantly different between the two groups (p> 0.05). Conclusion: The results showed no significant difference in sexual satisfaction in patients under methadone and buprenorphine maintenance treatment, however, more studies with larger sample sizes are recommended
