عنوان فارسی الزامات نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ از منظر قرآن
چکیده فارسی مقاله یکی از مسائل پیش روی کارگزاران اداره جامعه، در سطح خرد و کلان، نهادینه‌سازی باورها و ارزش‌ها و رفتارهای مطلوب و مورد پسند آن‌هاست. بدین منظور در مباحث نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ مورد نظر پیشنهادهای متفاوتی ارائه شده است که غالباً برگرفته از رویکردهای معرفتی حاکم بر جوامع غربی است. یکی از وظایف اصلی پژوهشگران فعال در حوزه علوم انسانی اسلامی تبیین نظری و بیان الزامات نهادینه‌سازی متناسب با مبانی و پیش‌فرض‌های اسلامی است. از این‌ رو هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی الزامات نهادینه‌سازی فرهنگ متناظر و مرتبط با فرد در مقام مخاطب نهادینه‌سازی از منظر قرآن است. در این تحقیق از روش اجتهاد جامع، با توجه به راهبرد ظاهرشونده داده‌بنیاد، استفاده شد. یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان‌دهنده آن بود که می‌توان الزامات اصلی نهادینه‌سازی در سطح تحلیل فرد را در سه گروه تقسیم کرد که عبارت‌اند از: «بینشی» شامل ایمان به محتوا و پایبندی به اصول و عدم سازش‌کاری و ایمان به همه متعلقات دین، «گرایشی» شامل عدم پذیرش ولایت کافران و دوراندیشی و گذشت از منافع زودگذر، «رفتاری عملی» شامل اسلام آوردن و عمل به آن و تعیین خطوط قرمز و شناسایی اهداف.

عنوان انگلیسی The Requirements of the Institutionalization of Culture From the Viewpoint of the Quran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله One of the problems that the public officials face at micro and macro levels is the institutionalization of their desired beliefs, values, and behaviors. Various suggestions have been made in the related literature for the institutionalization of the intended culture, which are mostly taken from the epistemic approaches common in the Western societies. One of the main duties of the researchers of the Islamic humanities domain is to put forth theories about and express the requirements of institutionalization based on the Islamic principles and premises. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to examine the requirements of institutionalization of culture related to the individuals (as the addressee of institutionalization) from the viewpoint of the Quran. In this study, the comprehensive free-investigation method was used based on emerging grounded theory. The findings of this study indicate that the main requirements of institutionalization at individual level can be classified into three groups, namely “insight” (including belief in the content; observance of principles and avoidance of compromise; and belief in all religious teachings), “inclination” (including not accepting the guardianship of disbelievers, and being farsightedness and disregarding the transient interests), and “practical behaviors” (including believing in Islam and practicing it, determining redlines, and identifying goals).
