عنوان فارسی نقش اعتماد اجتماعی در پیشبرد اهداف مدیریت شهری به سوی توسعه پایدار
چکیده فارسی مقاله این پژوهش با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی سعی در بررسی تاثیرات اعتماد اجتماعی در پیشبرد اهداف مدیریت شهری به سمت توسعه پایدار دارد. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش حاضر مشتمل بر مجموعه افراد(اعم از زن و مرد) 18 ساله و بالاتر ساکن در شهر نورآباد است. با استفاده فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 360 نفر بدست آمد.و پس از تعیین حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه-گیری تصادفی ساده، در بازه زمانی مهر و دی ماه سال 1393 پرسشنامه‌های مورد نظر تکمیل شد. در این پژوهش عوامل موثر بر اعتماد اجتماعی نسبت به مدیریت شهری را به هشت شاخص تقسیم کرده که این هشت شاخص خود به زیر شاخص های متعددی برای بررسی نقش عامل اعتماد اجتماعی در پیشبرد اهداف توسعه پایدار شهری تقسیم شده است. نتایج بدست آمده با استفاده از روش همبستگی و رگرسیون چندمتغیره حاکی از آنست که اندازه گیری اعتماد به عنوان یک متغیر توصیفی مهم در مبحث مدیریت شهری پایدار در میان شهروندان نورآباد نشان می دهد که اعتماد نهادی عامل مهمی در دست یابی مدیریت شهری به اهداف خود در آینده شهری پایدار خواهد بود. همچنین در بین متغیرهای مستقل متغیر پاسخگویی مدیریت شهری، اثر بخش عملکرد مدیریت شهری و همسویی اهداف مدیریت شهری مجموعاً تا 795/0 از واریانس متغیر وابسته پیشبرد اهداف مدیریت شهری پایدار را تبیین کنند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This study with analytical descriptive method tries to evaluate the effects of social trust on advancing goals urban management towards sustainable development. To this end, based on Cochran formula, 360 questionnaire of and The Statistical population this study consists of a set of individuals (both male and female) is 18 years old and older living in Nurabad. After determine the sample size by using random sampling Simple, and that were completed in the period October-December 1393 questionnaires. In this study, the factors affecting of social trust in relation to urban management is divided into eight indicators That this eight indicators are divided to the numerous indicators to check the role of of social trust in advancing the goals of sustainable urban development. results obtained using correlation and multivariate regression indicate that the measurement of trust as an important explanatory variable in the context of sustainable urban management indicates among citizens Nour Abad. Institutional trust is an important factor in achieving its objectives urban management in will be stable urban future. Also among the independent variables changing urban management accountability, effectiveness of urban management and convergence urban management goals a total of up to 795/0 of variances in advancing the goals of sustainable urban management to explain. According to data that obtained from the questionnaire and analysis by multivariable regression was performed using SPSS software. The results show a strong and significant association between indicators related to social trust and advancing sustainable urban management objectives.
