عنوان فارسی بازخوانی پایه گزاره‌های عقل عملی در اندیشه شهیدصدر
چکیده فارسی مقاله ضرورت بازگشت گزاره‌های مستنتج به گزاره‌های پایه و تشخیص آنها در دو حوزه عقل نظری و عملی از گذشته دور کانون بررسی قرار دارد. در این میان شهیدسیدمحمدباقر صدر (1313-1359) به ارزیابی زوایای گوناگون عقل عملی پرداخته و نوآوری‌های فراوانی در این حوزه ارائه نموده که بازشناسی پایه گزاره‌های عقل عملی یکی از آنهاست که جستار حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی بدان می‌پردازد. از رهگذر این جستار مشخص می‌شود که به باور شهیدصدر بازگشت گزاره‌های عقل عملی به «حسن عدل» و «قبح ظلم» صحیح نیست و اینها خود تحلیلی‌اند و به مسئله حق و مولویت مولا باز می‌گردند. شهیدصدر با تکیه بر واقعی‌انگاری گزاره‌های عقل عملی، پایه آنها را «حق الطاعه» می‌داند. این نظریه از سلسله نارسایی‌هایی رنج می‌برد که شاخص‌ترین آنها ادعای «جریان‌ناپذیری قواعد باب تزاحم در حسن و قبح» و «نقد تفسیر حسن و قبح به استحقاق مدح و ذم و تفسیرش به ضرورت اخلاقی» است، چنانکه از دیگرسو، تحلیلی‌انگاری حسن عدل و قبح ظلم از خلط میان شرط صدق موضوع با نحوه حمل محمول بر موضوع سرچشمه گرفته و پایه‌انگاری مولویت مولا برای گزاره‌های عقل عملی نیز از سلسله ناسازگاری‌های درونی و مخالفت با وجدان رنج می‌برد.

عنوان انگلیسی A New Reading of the Basis of Practical Intellect Propositions in Shahid Sadr’s Thought Tradition
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The necessity of moving from derived propositions to basic ones and distinguishing them in the two fields of theoretical and practical intellect has been the subject of study since antiquity. Shahid Seyyed Mohammad Baqer Sadr (1934-1980), using the theological tradition and principles of his predecessors, made an appraisal of the different aspects of practical intellect which led to various innovations in the field, one of which, as the focus of the present study, is the basis of practical intellect propositions. Using a descriptive-analytic method, the present study demonstrates that Shahid Sadr does not approve of turning back from practical intellect propositions to the two propositions of "good nature of justice" and "ugliness of oppression". Relying on the truth value of practical intellect propositions, Shahid Sadr considers their basis to be "the right of obedience" and considers it as the basis of the inherent devotion of the true master, including all possible ethical duties. This theory has some shortcomings that are being addressed in the present study. The innovation of the present study, on the one hand, is the inference and interpretation made of Shahid Sadr's point of view, and on the other hand, is the evaluation and explanation of its strengths and weaknesses.
