عنوان فارسی در درون من چه می گذرد؟ تجربه زیسته زنان متاهل از اختلال کمبود میل جنسی در روابط درازمدت: یک مطالعه کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: رضایت جنسی به عنوان یکی از نیازهای بنیادین، نقشی تعیین کننده در سلامت انسان دارد و درصورت عدم ارضای آن، پیامدهای جسمی و روانی حاصل از آن در سلامت فرد اخلال ایجاد میکند. در این میان کمبود میل جنسی در زنان متاهل، اختلالی شایع است که تاثیر جدی بر بهزیستی آنها دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تجربه زیسته زنان متاهل مبتلا به اختلال کمبود میل جنسی در روابط دراز مدت، با در نظر گرفتن عوامل فرهنگی است.روش کار: این پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدارشناسی توصیفی انجام شد. داده ها از طریق اجرای بیست مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری و از طریق روش کلایزی تحلیل شد. شرکت کنندگان از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. میانگین نمره مقیاس کامل شاخص عملکرد جنسی زنان (FSFI)6/22 و میانگین پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشویی (MCQ-R) 11/107 بود. این مطالعه در سال 1399-1398 در کلینیک تخصصی جنسی رهیاب مشهد انجام گردید.نتایج: چهار مقوله اصلی به دست آمده از داده های پژوهش حاضر عبارتند از: 1) روزمرگی پایان ناپذیر، 2) وضعیت جنسی زدایی شده 3) ردپای زخم های گذشته و 4) معرفی نابجای تعایم مذهبینتیجه گیری: تعارضات فردی در کنار به حاشیه رانده شدن اولویت عشق ورزی در زندگی زناشویی از عوامل مهم در کاهش میل جنسی زنان متاهل در روابط دراز مدت است. طراحی و اجرای کارگاه هایی برای زوجین به منظور ایجاد فضایی در جهت زنده نگه داشتن رابطه و توجه به درمان فردی زنان مبتلا، گام هایی مهم در جهت کاهش رنج این گروه از زنان است.

عنوان انگلیسی What is going on inside me? Lived experience of married women exhibiting hypoactive sexual desire disorder in long-term relationships: A qualitative study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Sexual satisfaction, as a basic human need, has a determining effect on human health, and its absence can cause physical and mental pressures that will threaten individuals' health. Low sexual desire is a common disorder affecting married women and can greatly influence their well-being and disrupt their everyday life. This study aimed to analyze the lived experiences of married women suffering from hypoactive sexual desire disorder in long-term relationships considering cultural drivers. Materials and Methods: This qualitative study (2019-2020) in Mashhad-Iran, was conducted based on the descriptive phenomenology approach. The research data were collected through 20 in-depth and semi-structured interviews and then they were analyzed using Colaizzi's method of data analysis. The participants were also selected through purposive sampling. A mean score of 22.6±2.9 was obtained for full-scale score of Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) and 107.11±3.2 for Marital Conflict Questionnaire-Revised (MCQ-R). Results: The four core themes extracted from the data were (1) incessant everyday life in long-term relationships, (2) de-sexualized roles, (3) traces of old wounds, and (4) misinterpretation of religious teachings. Conclusion: Personal conflicts and neglected foreplay priorities were the primary causes of married women's low sexual desire in long-term relationships. Couples workshops aimed at preserving and revitalizing relationships and individual treatment of affected women are some potential solutions for alleviating the suffering of this group of women.
